Got to agree , i feel we need a midfielder who can influence a game (easy said ) IMO Hughes is to lightweight and dosnt influence a game as the myth suggests, Clarky couldnt trap a beach ball. But having said that i would stiil like to see them next year playing for the Dosssers. Lets face it unless we uncover a gem somewhere we need to get on with it and play with what we can afford and can keep. Mon The Dossers

Fcks sake didnt realise i was rallyin the battle cry, What i was trying to get across is that it could and has been worse we know if it is the team you support you will be back to support them. Agreed the atmosphere a Fir park wasnt good but since the introduction of the seats it never will be the way it was in the days of the choir, is it anywhere anymore apart from when the bigots play each other or a big international game? You have every right to be angry but it will always move on and there will be some other shit to get upset about...........

Ive only been goin for 30 yrs but ill be back, that what it means to support Motherwell. Im not claiming to be a better fan than the next person but ive watched far worse than what has been produced this year. IMO the combination of last years success, the expectation of what was to come for a club our size and the pitch has affected the team and the way they played and the comments conveyed on this forum. We need to, as the majority do and get behind the team, no matter of your feelings for the manager,chairman or the team are,they come and go but we dont and prepare for the games to come. Hopefully by the time next season comes around we will have a new pitch that will give the players involved whoever they may be the confidence to play football and entertain us on the rollercoaster ride that is being a DOSSER

As a small kid my dad took me to a Motherwell game against Fulham, it was a midweek game in the seventies cant remember when. Got lifted over the turnstyles and watched the game from the enclosure (best place to watch a game).Been a Dosser ever since.

Why does he persist in playing Paul Quinn in midfield the guy is a decent right back but in midfield he cant feckin pass water to one of his team mates his distribution is terrible..... Play a midfielder in midfield and leave the middle of the park to someone who can pass a ball 2 yards........... and Jim O'Brian had a fuckin mare tiday.

Joe Wark real legend IMHO first guy way back i ever saw chesting the ball back to the keeper inside the 6 yard box Shugie Sproat i think, was a result he caught it.

To be fair most of the ones he has been booked for you cant complain about, but it is good to at last to have a player with that kind of mentality and mobility in midfield. hope we can keep him next season.

Why not try something like they have at Ajax where a section of the support is allowed to stand and sing /chant throughout the game leaving the rest of the ground to sit and watch the game. This would allow the Well Boys to be free to continue to expess themselves without any problem. By the way as someone who always stoood in the choir in my younger days more fuckin power to the lads that try to create an atmosphere and wind up the visititiing supporters at the Ark.
