That's a cheep attempt at humour, if you don't mind me poking my beak in. Of course, some say that bird humour is a cardinal sin that makes them sick as a parrot and won't be budgie'd from their opinion. Still, from the photo it would seem that birds of a feather flock together.

Alternatively, any new manager coming in has a clean slate to build the team HE wants with the players HE wants and not having to make the best of it with another guy's signings.
