I'm puzzled by the fact that we allegedly have a great under 20 side yet we don't seem to have the confidence to play any of them when needs arise. Obviously, it's maybe a stretch to play with U20 right back, left back and centre back in a team at the sharp end of the season but, Jeeze, maybe one or two at least? Losing McManus is effectively also causing us to lose McHugh from midfield. Surely to christ we have a backup centre half that can do a job?
