I think what MJC is saying is that we have to look at the big picture. Yep we've had 2 good seasons but right now we are struggling and it doesn't look like Mccall knows what he's doing anymore. We have a very poor squad and our only 2 real assets (hutch and McManus) will.be off in January. Maybe time to look at getting someone in who can motivate the team and stop the current downward plunge. I don't mind losing to better teams if the team show fight, hunger and effort. This team is showing none of that.

Lawson is decent if played in a system that suits. He always looks for the ball and trys to play decent passes. For me carswell is the weak link. He is very rarely on the ball. If he gets it he gets rid straight away. He offers nothing in an attacking sense. An ok player to bring on when maybe trying to hold a lead.

Mccall only needed to make one change yesterday and that was due to vigurs injury. We played decent against Killie and our two forwards grabbed goals. Why disrupt the winning feeling?? McCall's problem as always is when he needs to think. The more he thinks, the more shambolic the team or system becomes.

Really decent performance today , especially second half. Gunnar, Lawson and vigurs looked a lot more confident, maybe I'm wrong but think it could be because we were away from home. At home our fans are on their backs constantly. Hard to choose between Lawson , hutch and McManus for motm. Young Craig Moore put in a real shift too, just didn't have his shooting boots on, but should keep his place. Another worrying performance by faddy, Mccall must be tearing his hair out over him.

Common sense really. Would have been great to play at cliftonhill but at least this means all our fans get a chance to go. It'll be like a home game for us now.

Unfortunately Vigurs and Lawson have been targeted by the boo boys and no matter what they do they'll be jeered. Vigurs was far from worst player yesterday but the minute he gave a ball away you could hear the booing. Same when Lawson plays. On the other hand if faddy, lasley or Carswell do it you hear nothing. Vigurs and Lawson are not poor players. We just don't know how to fit them in. Mccall can't seem to see past our current central midfield partnership so it poses the question why sign them? We seem to have signed them without any thought of how they fit in to our team. I also can't work out the change in our tactics recently. Sutton and Anier were doing great early season with balls into feet and playing it on the deck. Now we seem to just get McManus or someone else to lump long high balls up to them. Everyone can see its not working apart from the management. Kilmarnock will be a big test for us in 2 weeks. They are really struggling and with 2 key players missing and us having all ours back, it'll be interesting.

Angol is possibly the worst footballer I have seen in claret and amber. Mccall will hide Behind the suspension of hutchy and the injuries to hammell and Ramsden. Not good enough. Brutal tactics of lumping the ball up to Sutton and Anier all day.
