  1. I'm not going to pass judgement on the rest of the Well support, but I am some boy.
  2. Banchory sits in a cold wee pocket though. Game on. Come on. Lets go.
  3. Hope we can get a really w***y corporate stadium name too like the Reebok or the Ricoh. How about the "Bisto Tampax"?
  4. Hooray, Europe again, maybe. I don't care if we do get in some technicality, it was a blast last time.
  5. errrm. quite some distance away - approx. 130 miles. The weather, I find, tends to change past Perth - tends to be drier, colder East and North of there. Rural Aberdeenshire is like tundra in winter. Stirling is cold though.
  6. Isn't that a picture of the forthcoming state-of-the-art Ferguslie Park St. Mirren facility?
  7. With a MitreMouldmaster & wearing school flannels? Scores of 20+ 'cause noone wants to have the ball hit their fingers?
  8. ANDY J - See if I can't get a couple of tickets, where is the best bit to put my step ladders? ta.
  9. It would have helped me to look yesterday. None left, so I'm looking for two tickets again. Can paypal money or meet you there if you've got a spare or two. ta
  10. Not sure "stump up" wasn't a wee Freudian slip, but point taken. Thing is, the investment on the part of these guys has been influential, but returns must have been there -I don't mean that there isn't a love for club, but anyone with series business acumen would surely endeavour to make sure that their passion (the club) breaks even, at least. The difference now is that everyone is shoring in, thinking about their expendables. Football takes a back seat when you've got rent or mortgage, fuel or transport, food and the rest. Add kids and your priorities deepen. We probably aren't in as 'bad' a situation as the Ibrox mob, but then we've been mostly on pursestrings for a while. To be completely frank, I saw that a man could get £500,000 a week to kick a ball about and felt sick. Maybe that is bitter but sport is a diversion.
  11. I second that emotion. Not a foggy clue what happened on the park. Didn't know if we won or anything. Smashed. Almost fell down the terrace a couple of times. Wasn't alone on that though... Those Crusaders punters were making sure there was always a drink available to us (including opening up the Directors box for us), and we took fair advantage of it. Course it was a hot day and it might just have been sunstroke instead of having started on the lagers at 09:30.
  12. They are on and off field instigators of bawbaggery.
  13. I'm fickle and tend to go with whoever just scored the last goal.
  14. If there is anyone who has a couple of tickets for the called off game, can't make the re-scheduled game, please PM me.
  15. Get the baw oan the deck. I'm quite into the idea of the 21st anyway. Probably be able to make that. Need to get some stepladders though so I can peer over the wall.
  16. Does Craggo know why cat-nip works on my cat, but I get hee-haw from it?
  17. What is Craigan's favourite chant or fan moment?

Had half-humoured the idea of trekking down for that game and the visit to New Douglas, but ermmm, naw.
