Watched it on the telly so wasn't 'wowed' as much as those that were there, clearly. I was a bit anxious thinking we were going in at HT at only 1-0 up as we were all over Hibs so to go in at 1-1 was a kick in the haw maws. We are dreadful at defending crosses and set-pieces - every Riordan ball in looked like leading to a goal and Saunders was WAY out of position many times. In saying that if we play like we did in the first half we will beat most teams at FP and even our Second Half performance will be enough to defeat yer St Mirrens and Hamiltons.

Hmmm, not worth an equivelent £60-£80 in 'real terms' though is it. Don't try and justify £20 for a 2nd rate Euro game, hell, any game!! When you stop and think about it £20 for 90 minutes of football in Scotland is daft and way out of sync with other things we spend our money on AND inflation.

Poor decision. At £15 notes we would have got over 10K in the place if the tie was in the balance. Now we will be lucky to get 7K. I already know 2 or 3 'floaters' who are turning their nose up at a score. £20 for ANY match is silly money, remember this isn't exactly Juve we are playing. I'm just back from Sweden - one of the most expensive countires in the world and it was less than £20 for the Sweden V Scotland game. And they get paid 3,4 more times than us!! For 1, Saunders is a MUCH better right back that Hately, and I would prefer either Murph or Sutts up top number 9 style as they play best there. Reading between the lines I think the new boys are much more mobile and tricky so could be played on the 'wings' in a front 3.

Aye - a total one but again, if him and Wrighty/Gough/Collymore had the same opinion there would be no show - so WHATEVER they are talking about, they always take seperate sides. Not saying I am happy, just pointing out that Brown was probabally 'allowed' to get 3 bodies in on the cheap and he done that. I am starting to think that he has fucked up by making 2 of the 3 signings 'Keepers when we still have Fraser at the club. He jumped the gun on that, big time, now he can't punt Fraser, or sell Reynolds for that matter = no new signings. 4 out, 3 in and we had to cut back anyway = NO NEW PLAYERS. Simple. And that goes for made up 'Motherwell Loyal' fantasy players too
