So unlike ourselves Stjarnan have had quite a season since (with hindsight, unsurprisingly) they papped us out of Europe. They had a great run in the Europa and are unbeaten in the league. With just 1 game to go, against their rivals, they will win the league if they win it. An amazing feat for such a small club! I've been in touch with some of the lads I met over there, top lads. They were telling me that they loved SIWY so much when they visited Fir Park (and during the wee sing song in their pub over there, even when it was just me and my mate belting out SIWY on our own!) that they translated it for themselves. You never know the Super Saints have been more of a Beeb/media wankfest than us in rece seasons so good form and decent exposure could get him that Scotland squad place back.
