If it was £10/£5 yesterday we still wouldn't have filled our allocation.
While I wish I didn't have to fork out £20 a week and would love to saving a fair whack at a time when finances are tight, I don't think you would see much bigger crowds at FP.
You also have to accept that some of our fans refuse to go and see us play the OF. Personally, I get more excited about these games more than any others but each to their own.
Likewise, I had a good view and thought it was never a pen. Indeed, I was a tad embarrased by the 'dive'.
Having spoke to a few folk that watched it on the telly though, they have said it was a pen.
Fair play to Dougie MacDonald.
Played some decent stuff today but wasn't overly impressed with our tactics.
Its hard to grumble when you take a point off Rangers but it lookedto me as if we were playing for a point from half time onwards. Conversely mind you, we did have some cracking chances on the counter attack.
We have some gifted players in midfield but going forward, I fear we might struggle to score goals unless Gannon starts playing Murphy alongside Sutton.
Overall I'm gutted that we never took advantage of the penalty that never was but I'm encouraged by how our youngsters stood up to the test today.
Spotted Lafferty running across the road when I was queuing for the train out to Mount Florida. He looks fit to me.
If Davis, Whittaker and Naismith maintain their form it could be a long afternoon.
Think I'll maybe gets tickets for the Cooper rather than the East.
The decision to give us the Cooper back got my back on side with regards to the off the field runnings of Motherwell.
Really fancied this strip but given the fact that it won't be out until we are well into the season I think I'll give it a miss.
Its bad enough you only get strips for a season these days never mind a release date of mid-September. It will no doubt be half price after Christmas.
I think he can go far.
With his pace and ability to read the game I think he is capable of carving out an International career. I'm interested to see how he progresses as a left back!
Reynolds very much has the same mentality as Faddy which can only be a good thing.
Last season I feared his career was stagnating and he would probably have found it disheartning to see Quinn & Clarky move on. Thankfully however, Gannon looks to have taken a shine to Reynolds and appears to have put his career back on track.
If Hammell goes, I'd like to think Gannon has another left back lined up.
While Reynolds can do a good job there I was thinking that his new found versatility could be vital this season.
I love the excitment as the closure of the transfer window draws near.
Would be delighted if we signed centre half.
The young right back was born in 1992, fuckin hell!!
I'm disappointed naebody shot the bastard
Nah seriously, I can't really comment on events today but it was inevitable that McGhee was going to get a plethora of abuse. Sounds like the cringeworthy element of our support came to the fore however.
