Is Fraser a certainty with McGhee leaving?

Reading between the lines I subscribe to the train of thought that McGhee is waiting to see exactly what happens with the Mowbray saga. If that is the case, I wouldn't be too happy if I were an Aberdeen fan. Despite the sentimental attachment he discussed at the weekend, he doesn't seem overly enthusiastic about heading up there.

I'd be very disappointed in Boyle if he hasn't already sounded out a few options. Can't believe some folk are hanging on to the possibility of McGhee making a U-turn. Get him tae fuck! As for McCall, please no!

I've mentioned to a few folk this weekend that I've had a feeling in my water that he would be in the running.

If Nijholt fancies it, I imagine he'd be looking to team up with the likes of McCart or Boyd.

Sounds like Willie Miller is trying to back Motherwell into a corner. Miller is an arrogant arse like the majority of the Sheep. McGhee should fit in well up there.

22nd of June springs to mind. Whoever comes in it isn't going to be easy trying to organise pre-season, assess the squad, approach new players and negotiate competitive European football.

If a new appointment isn't made in the next few days then I'd play the Under 19s in the European tie.

Leitch has no sentimental ies with us. He was ready to head to Tynecastle last summer. If we are going to go with someone inexperienced, then McCart gets my vote over Leitch.

I think Chris McCart is likely to feature in the thoughts of John Boyle. Hibs were getting linked with some boy from Stockport. Having had a brief look at his credentials the other day, he could be a decent shout.

Spot on mate. If he ends up with Hughes and maybe Buzz they Motherwell have been taken for a ride. Boyle must ensure that the likes of Clarky and Quinn go nowhere near Pittodrie.

Fuck off. I dislike McGhee and I'm entitled to be pleased that he is on his way.

He done fantastic in his first season and done a solid job last season but it is our interests for him to move on.

I just want his departure confirmed so I can open a can in celebration. The only possible dampner is that he doesn't take Leitch with him.

I've not seen Peter Sweeney since the likes of Cahill played with Millwall but he looked a very decent player back then.
