Hearts fans I spoke to earlier in week were confident of bringing 4K+ regardless of tv coverage. They havent had many cup runs since winning it in 2012 and they are obviously full of confidence at present. 8k all round would be a decent turnout.

FFS - had bet Celtic v Falkirk and Rangers v Morton at 125/1. Never mind, there havent been many scottish cup crackers at Fir Park in recent times so hopefully this lives up to potential. Tony Thomas springs to mind.

Every time this discussion comes up I feel Tom Boyd is underrated. Terrific player and captain in a legendary Motherwell team before going on to win 72 caps for a good Scotland team. I know he is a bit of a dick but he was top drawer.

Id make one change to this team by resting Tait and giving Hendrie a debut. This is s pivitol week which could conclude with a very positive outlook or see us back in mire. Carson to Celtic crossed my mind as soon as I heard about Gordon. If there is genuine interest, think we could get more than £200k given the time constraints of the window. Absolute scenes with his old man if this were true.

We knew the style of football we were signing up to when the club gave Robinson the job and subsequent contract extension. Its jusy something well need to get on with and to be fair to Robinsons approach, hes provided a good few memorable nights (which have been few and far between in recent years) thanks to his desire to win at all costs.

Livingstone, Turnbull and Maguire appear to get mentioned if ever Robinson interview now, which is pleasing to hear. With Tait suspended, I wonder if Livingstone has a chance of starting tomorrow...
