I recall Chris Portter taking a time to settle and start to score goals
Higdon is just the same at least he's winning the ball and making space for Murphy
That game was extra special for me as I got comp tickets from Terry Butcher, I still have the ticket stubs and the brown envelope they were in which has my name written on the front and the initials TB in the top corner
there has been so many it's hard to pick just one
the one that stick out in my mind was stoping the old scum blue wining 9 in a row at Ibrox. It was my first visit to Ibrox and I sung my lungs out and I couldn't speak for days afterwards.
can see us struggling to break down St Mirren as they just try to stop us passing and then hump the long ball from the back for their forwards to chase
hoping for another 3 points
sadly with a stand full of scouts this afternoon I don't think we will be playing for the well much longer
however if he does decide to stay I sure he'll be our highest scorer and the Scottish media will link him with the old scum at every opportunity
and he still won't get a game for Scotland as he not play for the old firm
I thought he might retire from the club football due to getting older and his media career taking off.
I glad he's still playing for the Well and each season he does is a bonus
as for his choice to retire for international duty, fair play too him
first real test of this years pre season, I've no idea of Leeds strengths and weakness but I do know that we'll need to play our best to beat them.
Anyway as always I'm just looking forward to watching the Well
