I was working last year but did manage to sneak over to fripark to watch everyone set off. Just checked the web site for 10 for 10 but it says nothing about a walk this year?

I'd love to see the ladies play at fir park, mind you with the issue with the pitch over that last few years I can understand why the club might not. Ladies football was once very big in the uk mind you that was in the 1920/30 hopefully people will wise up to just how good it is and the media will start taking an interest

bad news Motherwell Ladies lost 2-1 against Paisley ladies this afternoon Paisley took their chances in the first half although (there was a suggestion of off side for the second) but Motherwell failed to find the net with a couple of good chances In the second half Motherwell push the home team and crated a number of chances but only converted one of them although they lost the game and their lead in the league they should hold there head high for push Paisley all the way

most of what the club said is 'mission' statement posturing the things that stand out for me are wanting to play football during the summer so they get more games on the TV as the English leagues would be playing also games scattered throughout the week again so that the broadcaster have something to show (if the SPL is a little bit bigger they'll have more games to move around) the fans who go to the games don't seem to matter anymore it's all about sell a product to the tv stations so it can be wall paper in a half empty pub on a tuesday night, then again that where the money is nowadays
