I was always frustrated with Erwins play, couldn't win the ball in the air, struggled to get on the end of a cross in the box and missed loads of chances other strikers would have buried however he'd run his guts out and was a really threat when he was playing out wide and running at defenders. he did get better the more he played and I am sure he would he grown as a player if he'd stayed at with the Well as Barraclough clearly had him a first pick. I don't think Leeds will give him half the games he would have got for the Well and he could end up struggling even to get a place on the bench like so many young players who move to bigger clubs from a promising start at Fir Park. I have held back posting about Vigurs as I don't like to be negative about players. However not that that he has gone I can let rip. I had high hopes for him when he joined the well but time after time I watched him prance around the park fucking up a pass and then blaming the other player for not getting on the end of it. Instead of improving he just got worse and became a show boating passenger in most games. I'm not surprised he never kicked a ball for us since McCall left and I sure his back will make a full recovery now that he's looking for a new club. Buy joining the WS you'll be buying the club it that simple. Les does own the club so he will get some money when it happens but he won't get all his money back or make a profit. After attending the AGM the other day it was clear it no longer a matter of if it's going to happen but when it's going to happen. The more poeple who join and set up direct debts the quicker it will happen. A tenner a month is all it takes but if you can afford more so much the better. The WS isn't a con or some kind of money making scheme for the owner, it about letting the fans own the club and making sure the club is run in a sustainable way.

the WS is the best way forward for Motherwell FC and everyone involved in the club, WS, John Boyle and Les Hutchinson want it to work £10 per month (that's less than 33p a day or £2.30ish per week about the price of pie at Fir Park) to be part of the club you support? what is stopping you? Some many people seem too keen looking for reasons not to join, want to rubbish the WS or think people are going to rip them off what is the alternative? if anyone can tell me a better way for Motherwell to be run and to insure it's future then I am all ears Time to get off the fence come out from behind the pie stand and stand up and be counted and join the WS the more people who join the stronger the club will be and they stronger the WS will be If you don't want to join fine but don't knock those who do, the club or the WS if you have questions fine but no one from the club or the WS is going to lie to you (why would they?) and if you only support a club when it wins then your missing the point, this isn't about winning football matches this is about running the club in a way that will mean it will still be going in 100 years time and if the clubs wins a few game along the way that a bouns.
