  1. The ball is going to need treatment from just getting battered back and forward with no one actually taking the time to pass in anything other than the direction they're facing.
  2. Think Alexander has been sniffin' glue....
  3. The window never just ends. It 'slams shut'.
  4. What a give away. Three chances to clear that.
  5. Decent point under the circumstances
  6. I think you could sum that up by saying we're narrowly ahead on points.
  7. Well, that was very nearly a bad start.....
  8. I really hope he knows what he's doing........
  9. Well, that was pish, but it could be worse. We could be St Johnstone.
  10. Playing Maguire and Donnely in the same 3 man midfield is utter madness.
  11. Am I being dim or is this game not on hesgoal ?
  12. I'd have thought McGinlay at Centre Half and Carroll on the left, but time will tell.
  13. How bad does Woolery have to be to get dropped ??
  14. This constant chipping balls forward to no one is painful to watch
  15. To me, Hastie is a player who killed his development stone dead the second he signed for Rangers. He had less than half a season of top flight football under his belt and left a place where dips in form would be understood and dealt with to a place where he was unlikely to get much in the way of opportunity unless he became a world beater on his debut. Short term income, yes, for the length of his h**s contract, in return for probably a part time career at Stenhousmuir or similar until he retires.
  16. Red card offence that one mate I'm sure you won't display a trace(y) of regret though.
  17. Whoever Mi'chel Parker is, he's left the club, with somewhat less hoo-haa than Tony Watt :-)
  18. I read that and couldn't quite fathom it out. If his move is about happiness, how can that equate to a move to a club he's never been at ?? Unless he gained some particular love for Dundee City Centre when he was at StJ, but in a footballing sense, he can have no idea whether he'll be happy at Utd.
  19. Serious question. I've not really looked, but I always assumed Dundee Utd were in a similar position to us budget wise. Are they not fairly similar to us in terms of crowds and season ticket sales etc ?
