  1. YYYYYYYYYYYYYYASSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS
  2. I thought all the injuries were supposed to be 'Kettlewell's fault'. What's happened ? Is he sneaking into our training sessions wearing a disguise ?
  3. Been some turnaround for Thelin. Ten games in last season they were talking about him challenging for the league πŸ™‚
  4. I'll do the draw to save everyone waiting for it..... Celtic v Motherwell Rangers v St Mirren. Bookmark it !
  5. That was a lot harder than it should have been !!! Would have been a hell of a game to watch if all the chances had been taken by both sides, but would have been a lot more comfortable.
  6. Fuck.......should have been a goal there......RCC Stama did everything right there. Laid it on a plate...
  7. Good goal that from Mandron. I always thought he looked like he had zero ball control when he was with us, but that was decent.
  8. Could be worse. We could be Aberdeen or Rangers. It'll come. We're five weeks into a season with a complete change of players and style. We've outplayed everyone we've seen this season. It'll come good at the top end in time. Another good thing is we're five games undefeated, which is miles better than the five games without a win it would have been if Kettlewell was still in charge πŸ˜‚
  9. Heard some rumours we're looking at Rolando Aarons. 3rd time lucky ?
  10. 75-76 we drew five league games in a row, lost one (against the worst team in the league) and then went on a run that saw us finish 4th and be conned out of the Scottish cup by corrupt masonic refereeing.
  11. I'm doing this AI predictions ACCA thing with a couple of mates and they've got us down to get beat today, but on the other hand, that means I have money on us losing, which means a certain win !
  12. Wait till we get pumped ramorra. That'll sort it.
  13. Hopefully he won't be the new Simon Mensing
  14. Home to Thistle in the next round please πŸ™‚
  15. I couldn't watch the game today for some unknown reason, but if one was to look at the BBC stats.....60% possession, 15 shots on goal, 7 on target, 13 corners, you could be forgiven for surmising it was an exciting performance with loads of goalmouth action. I'm guessing from the tone on here, that wasn't the case ?
  16. Any 'stick people' getting this one ? I'm not !!
  17. Aye, it actually said it in the facebook and X post and I missed it πŸ˜„
  18. I believe we missed out on the signing of young Indian striker Ghupta Singh......
  19. And Andy Dornan was nowhere near among the worst right backs we've had over the years.
  20. Mostly agree although I'd dispute that he made us better. (I know we finished a place higher under him, but that was more down to Celtic being even worse than the previous season) All the changes he introduced made us worse and he would end up reverting to TM's formation from the previous year. Some of his early decisions, like buying a 3rd rate left winger to get in the way of the best attacking left back in the country were just typical of the stupid shit that he did. TM had us as ,a very solid 5-3-2 / 3-5-2 with everyone playing in their natural positions. Eddie May at right back, Andy Roddie anywhere near the stadium were just two examples of what a dick McLeish was. Sorry for ranting, but I do hate the c**t with a passion πŸ˜„
  21. Willie McLean for his first season in the ten team league where he created a team that really should have won things. Davey Hay for the difference he made to a team destroyed by Ally McLeod. You went to games betting on how many you'd win by, not worrying if you'd win or not. As YT said, shame he thought he was bigger. Tommy McLean for leaving a newly promoted club to come back down a rung to us, taking us back and building us into (during many difficult years financially) what was a cup winning side and, in his last season, a great team filled with real players. I really wish Tommy could have stayed another 10 years. Can you imagine what he could have done with the money that the ginger fuckwit wasted over his tenure ? McLeish had a financial backing that wee Tam could only have dreamed of, and turned us from contenders to relegation fodder in 2 1/2 seasons. To me McLeish was the worst manager we ever had when you look at his tenure as a whole. (And I was there for Wallace and McLeod)
  22. This is part of the problem with these 'all time best team' things. I know I'm old (and there are a few older than me) so, for example, i'd have probably three keepers, Joe Wark, Tom Boyd and Rab McKinnon all at left back. I'd have at least two right backs, six central defenders, nine in midfield and about six centre forwards. If you try to bring it down to eleven, then great players have to get left out.
