Why would we ever want Dailly anyway, he is 36 years old for Christ sake! The mind boggles with some people...
-
Hello, Enjoyed the trip up and the ground was very tidy, a hedge, horses at the back of one of the stands and a wee ramp at the end of the pitch, which helped for target practice towards the fans I thought Shukes was outstanding in the 2nd half, a tricky wee winger, with lovely touches and when we put him behind the big two up front, he dictated things and we had a good spell scoring the 3 goals. I would sign him in an instant as he was the creative flair that we need in the team. As for Carlos the Jackel, I would give him another run out, he looked big and ackward to play against, with a few decent moves. The black strips seem a temporary move, with Alex Ross getting in on sponsoring them with his ABR (Roofing) logo, however it did take a while to indentify the mystery sponsor. Good run out for the boys and I think if we can get The Jackal and Shukes we will be doing alright.

Comparing Michael Fraser to a derogatory term for someone who has Down's Syndrome is offensive. Go to Fir Park when training resumes, go up to Michael Fraser, call him a "mongo" to his face and see if he is offended.
-
Hmmm, that's not offensive at all... oh hang on a minute it is. Unless of course Michael Fraser is from the DRC. He might not be the greatest keeper, but there is no need to start insulting the guy.

What the fuck is that stupid song all about??? It is getting right on my tits. I wish the talentless cnuts would learn something new. Apart from that, fairly decent play, we should be one up. Looking forward to Naylor going for an early bath.

Gannon Sacked! Motherwell Part Company with Manager
Suprawell replied to steelman1991's topic in Club Chat
Good riddance to bad rubbish. Makes me laugh how the happy clappers have changed their tunes now. Oh yes he's the man to change the club, he needs time, look at the bigger picture. The guy was a chancer at best and all the pish with the media just proves what a total wank the guy is. The bigger picture is that Gannon was NEVER interested in the long term picture at Fir Park. -
I totally agree. Gannon tinkers time and again at half time. It's like a different team comes out. Why has he changed a defence from Rentokill, Saunders, Reynolds and Hammell, which wasn't leaking goals to the kind of pish we saw today and against the h**s. People go on about his style of play, however other teams have seen through this and know how to counteract his "tactics". Why do we suddenly throw Hutch in last week and upset the defence and then this week drop Hammell? Also, Crags NEVER plays on the left side of centre half. He built his career on playing on the right, so why play him there? Sorry Gannon YOU have to hold your hands up and admit your mistakes.

If Ruddy goes we need to pull another rabbit out of the hat. He has saved us on countless occasions in EVERY game. All those draws would add up to many defeats. We need to try and keep him, unless Gannon can find someone as good.
-
Personally, I think Gannon's attitude to the press is pathetic. I wanted to hear his reaction to today's game and his petty mindedness is impacting on the fans who want to hear his side of today's events. I think he should grow up and start talking to the media, his ignorance is childish at best. No-one is asking him to chum up to these tossers, however taking you toys away is very very poor. Gannon needs to focus on Motherwell FC and getting results, not complaining about the media and referees.

I was thinking of Irish as in Eire, where Jim has connections, rather than anything h*n related.
-
This "flag" really is piss poor. Perhaps you could pop along to Parkhead, they have a thing about guys with Irish connections and guns. Keep it football related at least.
-
Aye, sure! He was pish, pish enough to get 7 shut outs in a row, a new club record at the time. Some folk have short memories...
-
I have to agree with the Bairns, our song "Up the Well" is total shite. As is the new music to welcome the teams on, it sound like Scooter, nedtastic!
-
Cheers for that, apprently it's for "Safety and Security reason", however I dislike the fact the certain people think that this doesn't apply to them. It's like a red rag to a bull with the police and stewards.
-
Very true mate, some people only have themselves to blame.
-
I care if 200 - 300 people stand up, it's for safefty and security reasons they remain seated and until changes, people need to sit down and you can shout and cheer and get behind the team, plenty of other people manage it.
-
I think some supporters need reminding that Fir Park is an ALL SEATING ground. I would love to stand where I sit, but I can't IT'S THE LAW. Stewards and police are only trying to enforce the seating of fans, some of whom think that this doesn't apply to them. I hope we can return to standing at the match one day, until then, obey the law sit down and stop moaning. I don't mind standing up for the Motherwell or standing up when there is action, but some people just stand throught the game, it's really not on.
-
Don't worry, this post doesn't make you look like a total dick. Oh no, wait a minute, it does!
-
No, I think you are way off the mark, as was all the talk about Crags testimonial. Afaik, this is purely related to Matt Busby, hence the Man U Xi.
-
To become a mascot, you must join the Claret and Amber club. Names get picked out at random for games. Don't know about becoming a ball boy. Cheers

Sad to hear this news. Thinking of you Mowgli. RIP wee man.
-
When he was good, he was good, but when he was bad he was pish. No sad loss for me, he was too lightweight at times. We will have better under Gannon. I hated the way Sheepy McUseless used to go on about him being the best midfielder in Scotland. Hmmmm.....
-
Aye, you are right. Some like Clarkson from the SPL proved will no doubt be rubbish. Ross McCormack proved that at Cardiff You really are clueless.

Glad to see the back of Quinn. My lasting memory of him is getting a stupid booking at Fir Park in the last game of the season, knowing how important it was to not pick up yellow cards that day. He may have given 100% however he was a sometimes a liability (due to his yelow cards and off-field antics). I know my thoughts might not be popular with the Quinn fan club, but do remember that this forum is all about opinions, whether you think they are right or wrong. Well Well Suprawell
