That's exactly my view as well. Quite glad he didn't play as he definitely needs a rest. Doesn't look as though he can last 90 minutes in the SPL at times.

Possession football is great when there is an end product to it. Unfortunately today there was no bite or spark to damage Falkirk when it mattered. That being said, it's good to watch a team trying to play football with the ball on the deck. Just lacking that cutting edge to our game at the moment.

As I said earlier, I thought we passed Rangers off the park today but we seem to be lacking a bit in the striking position. Understandable due to the goals that have now left us but it's a position that we hopefully will address in the next window (not seen enough of Jutkiewitz to form an opinion yet). Anyway, a great all round team performance today. The lads did us proud.

Went for Reynolds today, thought he was superb. Coke and Ruddy were great too.

Would've taken a point before the game but having just watched it I thought we totally outpassed Rangers all game and really should've won with the penalty at the end. Good save from MacGregor but JOB gave him a chance by hitting it at a good height for him. Feels like a defeat though but thought we played some great, assured stuff at times. Ruddy and Coke played well but I thought Reynolds was outstanding today. Gutted we don't have the three points.

Slane's injury must be worse than first thought. Was hoping the international break would give us a bit more time to work on it but it's obviously taking longer than expected. Hopefully he doesn't need an operation as he was flying in pre-season.

Not much point, Hibs have signed him on a two year deal today.
