I think I might have one, will check tomorrow.

8/10 best in the league according to the beeb!
-
It's probably reciprocal as well, as we attend our Wigan Reserves/National league friendly to see our next signing!
-
Nonsense. We've got a chance at getting 3million pounds which would set up our club for years to come. Your thinking they are watching the way we line up, Celtic are far too big-headed for that and expect a victory no matter what way we are playing a pre-season friendly! They are looking at the goods they might pay 3million pounds for, justified, yes!!

I think Robinson will go which is a big blow......even if he fails at NI he can go back to somewhere semi-decent in Scotland - and if he does well better than that. Goes with all my best wishes. I'm not sure about Lasley......my preference would be to firmly retain him as an assistant as part of whoever gets the gig. I'd like someone like Nigel Adkins.....good win ratio.....new ventures.

Thanks everybody that's awesome, I have 3 kids under 15 so that really helps me understand.
-
Can anyone do me a favour? What's the difference between a standard adult ticket and a family adult ticket in the options? They are both the same price.
-
Congratulations to the club for Scott’s contract extension. Getting the talented kids on these and sold will mean I have a team to support for many more years to come.
-
It'll be from down south - I'll go for Jamie Reid from Torquay

I hope some players and maybe the management may pop their head on this forum from time to time, if they do please read! Let me take as an e.g on this Allan Campbell, but applies to a number of our players on Saturday. If you want to become a better player, watch the EPL. When Rangers were attacking, how many times did we boot the ball clear aimlessly, just to clear the danger? Allan, breaks down the play brilliantly, but needs to find the pass out of defence to unlock the strikers, who in turn are say 2 v 3 if you get the ball to them. Something we needed to do in the second half to worry Rangers. In turn doing this, leads to the Long chance we had before Rangers scored. NONE of our younger players will really do well at a higher stage unless they start to do these things that is indoctrined into players in the EPL. Just my food for thought, having seen so many loose passes just to clear the danger. Take a pause, keep possession. I understand, I'm no coach, and there are better equipped than me! Just something that seemed fairly obvious on Saturday. Now I'm braced for who doesn't agree!

2019/2020 Game 3: Hamilton (A) August 24th 3pm Kick off
wunderwell replied to David's topic in Club Chat
Well in actual fact I think Hylton could turn out alright. Seedorf won’t. But that’s part and parcel of our transfer policy, we always lose a couple who are found out not to be good enough. -
On the fringes posts are easy for anyone for an ounce of intelligence to work out. If he is indeed on the fringes maybe he can’t spell it out in plain English, but everything he says rings true and I welcome him as it gives us some insight to what is going on. Where as people when speculating and having no info state he turned us down based on forum posts on steelmen online. Jesus.

Johnson can score goals. In a two. Again a very Vigurs signing and I think we are missing something here.
-
Twardzik the keeper. I really wanted him to succeed and defended him probably too much. In the other direction someone who surprised me was Stephen Craigan. I was ranting when he came back from Partick. I was wrong. Corrigan was also way better than I expected.
-
To be fair to yodo he found the abilities of our youths due to the inabilities of our first team. I don’t think this deserves praise or negativity. That’s my sit on the fence answer
-
Or is the messiah, after pre season friendlies against Northern Irish opposition.
-
Who are the players you are referring to?
-
I said it was concerning and I stand by that. I noticed not one comment on how a 28 year old journeyman footballer will potentially deny Livingstone a first team spot. What’s the thoughts on this? Turnbull and Hastie faced delays getting into the team, despite them being better than what we had.
-
I'll certainly give you Aldred who the Bury fans hated but what I will say is that previous fans from other clubs (Blackpool specifically) were very favourable to him which gave some comfort. Can't comment on Tanser to be honest. I'm not saying it doesn't turnaround but usually it does not, and my confidence in our signing rises in the style of Gallagher where he is considered a decent player by the fans of his former club.

It's not pish. We all read Taylor Sinclair was a dud, and he was (times many many occasions we have been forewarned about players) Imagine spending your money on something, let's say a car and everybody says it's crap but you buy it anyway because until Spiderpigs says so and given it a chance it can't be. They have watched Tait and gave positive reviews on the same spin and we know what we get from him. Furthermore this potentially denies Livingstone a game, and for me there is questions to be answered there too. The likelihood is they are correct and we have wasted our monies. That's logic. If he turns it around good luck, and I will post something then. 50 odd people saying he's awful from Cambridge, Partick etc. Why would we ignore this and not question this? it is a forum yeh?

This new signing concerns me. He has been slaughtered, and see to be honest. If that number of people slaughter him. I believe it. It was quoted what people said about Dunne but there was some positivity too. These guys have watched the player for two years, I'm pretty sure I would agree with the consensus of 95% of the fans opinions on here when a player goes. So it's Aaron Taylor Sinclair mark two. Not ideal.

I love onthefringes posts - always 100% accurate. Please post more! So no Donnelly, Gallagher coming in, happy with that.

Wikipedia doesn’t care that Kipre now plays for Wigan. He’s forever claret and amber

2018'19 Game 23:Dundee (A) Saturday 26th January 2019
wunderwell replied to Yabba's Turd's topic in Club Chat
Honestly; trolls a plenty. Said the same last season with everyone squirming that we would go down nowhere near the same position. Our plight is inevitable 2/7 non city clubs will be relegated each year and one year it will be us. Our manager this time round has insured it won’t be us this time round. I highly doubt the st Johnstone fans go for the love of great football they play; but unlike the trolls of our support; I hope indeed they appreciate like us; it’s only a matter of time and again this year it won’t be them. I’m fed up with the Dewells of this world and should I meet them face to face, I’ll bet their exact outlook on life is the opposite of mine. We won today get a grip, and allow the rest of us to enjoy and push for us now to relax and get a bedding of the young talent in game time to push us forward like we all want. One bad manager and our time is done; be careful what you wish for and I’m sure people like your sad little selves will get it one day to our cost.
