Stewards were only half decent due to it only being the one section standing. Some great songs and chants yesterday and kept it going brilliantly, best atmosphere for a normal game against killie i've been part of.

Anyone came across any pics of the support in perth? Looked as if we more or less filled the stand from where i was sitting.

Jim " The MP" Gannon Went away for the weekend, left on the friday nearly crying at the apparent state of the club no manager and half our team missing, Fass forward to the monday and looks like we have managed to get a very sound manager with talk of signing a number of good promising young players. Might actually buy a season ticket now.

No. Haven't been since killmarnock away after years of barely missing a game. It just isn't worth the money to be treated the way fans do.

16 team league play each other twice, over the summer months. One end/section of the stadium with safe standing/terrace and reduced gate prices. And a total re-think of how fans are policed and stewarded in the grounds and to games, The massive obsession going on to push statistics on football offences/arrests/banning orders needs to stop, 85% of the time there is absoloutly no need for the police presence or OTT rules.

How do you know their not trying to create an atmosphere? trying and just not pulling it off? Dark age attitude's freedom fighters If they were standing not creating an atmosphere but had no stewards or police around them wold it bother you as much? New age attitude Sit down take it. Pay ridiculous prices.come back moan through the internet at the lack of atmosphere and low crowds. Moan at anyone trying. Moan at no-one trying. Hope everyone enjoys what the game has/will turn into. No season ticket next year from me and a letter explaining why, sent to every club in the SPL and to the SPL know of a few doing the same. We dont expect for the earth to change its axis. just highlight the point further. Just a thought but how many have walked away from fir park thinking the same and never voiced their point? walked from other grounds? and how many will in the future before anyone realises what is happenning and why?

Say it to them at the game then. Instead of highlighting the point to everyone that may be looking for an excuse to hammer the fans.

Groups like this and the previous group were and will never be everyones cup of tea. maybe even embarassing to some people. But to be honest the way other fans groups or not act we find embarassing aswell, the way fans sit and take anything thrown at them, sit with their arms folded and frown at anyone enjoying theirselfs, then run back online and greet about it or the lack of atmosphere but will proceed to slate anyone trying to change things again online. (and i hope ill no be saying anything like this again.) I'v no doubt the boys who left will be back in some form, and i know not everyone will agree or like us. Marmite "ultras"

It was nothing to with thinking we were above authority or giving it to "the man" whoever that is It was about challenging and changing percesptions on the way the game is run and how fans are treated which hamper fans supporting the team as most as they can.

Missed my point, i know all about the standing argument, but what im asking is what do you the stewards as people without the yellow jackets really think about the whole situation? Do you really feel that strongly about it? you admitted yourself its sweetie money so why all the bother what would happen to you if you just had to turn a blind eye give yourself a little less hassle? Do others feel that strongly about it? im amazed sometimes by the way some stewards act over an issue and job thats really worth so little. just would love to know why they seem so bothered?

When it comes down to it football is fucked from head to toe the last thing clubs care about is the fans there at the game, the ones who should really have the biggest say. serious question to the stewards, when it comes down to it and you really think about it, why do you care if people stand? is there a big smelly steward somewhere who will torture you if you fail to get everyone sitting all of the time? what to you genuinley think will happen? that we will all turn into seriel killers if you let us stand/bounce greques wave some flags have a bit of vibrancy to supporting your team is it really that bad? (bad enough some of your own support looking at you as if your an alien) Its not the fact we have to sit its the way in which many stewards carry out instructions from above the fierce determination in their eyes, teeth grinding, sweat pouring from their forehead. all for sweetie money? why?

Ultra tag was dropped long ago, there was very few people who knew anything about "ultras". Whats your knoweledge of ultras to know what is and what isn't? To try and stay with a group who had let the auhtorities beat them( thats what happennend in my eyes with the back two rows rule) isn't ultra.

Big factor i think was the meeting basically what was said/agreed ruined all the hard work and progress that had been made. While the wellboys were down behind that pillar i thought was the best atmosphere i had seen for run of the mill league games againt hibs etc. even the rangers game around that time was a cut above and h**s themselvs have said that to me. just my opinion though.

No really "new" group is made up what was mainly the younger section of the group. The rest of us fell away in ones and twos overtime over a whole manner of different things people wanting more out the group etc.

OK we're sorry we'll just let you be to sit quietly tucked under the tartan quilt across you're knees, lapping up every stupid and over sensitive rule and law authorities pass down to make the game more "enjoyable" for you. This way you can have peace and quiet to scrutinise every second of the game which will prove invaluable when you run home to spill your guts out online and try and outdo the next poster of how many touches clarky actually took before giving the ball away.

The aftermath from the metting with stewards/police was one of the reasons for the break-up the Wellboys some of the points brought up and therefore "solved" in my eyes ruined all the good work the group had struggled to achieve. Both Rangers and Hibs fans congradulated the group and well fans after the game where we sat behind the pillar saying it was the best home atmosphere they had seen all season. Another major factor was age and losing its ture meaning and identity. There was a massive difference in age between the younger guys coming through and the older boys so to speak. Due to other niggly reasons the older boys fell away feeling the group had lost its meaning and realised it perhaps wasnt what they wanted or expected. We offered guys on the fringes of the group to come forward take a bit more to do with it rather than it die, it was only a few of the younger guys who showed any real promise but they too the decision to start a new group with a new identity and make thier own imprint, and have done very well over the last few weeks.

Maybe something a bit different on Thursday night to commemorate his achievement? 50th minute (51st minute if he scores before then) our support clap/sing etc for the full minute? Bit much some might say but its some feat at only 23.

Part of the game like i said whether we like it or not. The fans lost it that time and we will again. Same as we have reduced more than mc carthy to a shambles infront of the east stand. I'm not saying im proud of some shouts or even agree with them but i can assure you there will be people who don't agree with or want to hear some of the things iv said and the same will go for the majority of fans. People go on about this narrow minded nonsense, have you ever stopped to think that McCarthy represents everything that is bad about scottish football. Celtic fans thinking their irish, rangers fans thinking their english!!! It's not being narrow minded, because i think my hatred is based upon intelligent and well thought principals!!! Actually no a bad point but im not sure that everyone does it for the same reason.
