Quite refreshing listening to various radio outlets the last couple of days that we aren't being completely written off. Plenty of comments on how dangerous we can be going forward and that we are capable causing Celtic problems. I think theres a bit of a buzz about this game among neutrals too as neither team has faced each other yet so there's also that unknown element about it. Add the fact we have an absolute not giving a fuck attitude which many are finding refreshing. Fucking cannot wait.

With their current squad, I'd say it's higher than 8/10. Our biggest hope is that they've yet to face a Robinson shaped 'well team.

Celtic and Rangers used to get absolutely everything going but I genuinely don't think that's the case anymore. I seem to recall McGeady getting a red card in 2009 vs Hibs for diving and it felt absolutely monumental that a ref had the balls to do that. Since then, they've had a share of bad decisions. Not necessarily a fair share, but a share nonetheless. That said - I think you are 100% right about Celtic getting every 50/50 going. Celtic will be looking for anything to turn into advantage and Rodgers grabbed the first chance with both hands by wading into the Bowman / Cardoso fiasco at the first opportunity. That was the start of his gameplan and the message will be right through the squad to make our physicality look illegal. Ref's need to be smart and strong - unfortunately we don't have many smart and strong refs in Scotland.

The SPFL has a dubious goals panel who make the official decision. Personally, I'd much rather any milestone our player reaches is officially recognised. We're hardly going to be impartial when judging whether a goal is an OG or one of our own. You sure? I was certain that went down as a Lewis OG - the SPFL site has it listed as that. Worth remembering that Kipre is 20 years old and wasn't brought in for the first team. I'm not even sure if he was brought in to play in the senior squad. The fact he's had a couple of bad games shouldn't come as a surprise to anyone.

Starting to see Rodgers name getting banded about for the Everton or West Ham job. Would be good to have a wee bit of uncertainty about his future in the run up to the final.

Bizarre. That's the saftest we've played all season - I thought for most the game we didn't get near enough Hibs to even foul them.

I can generally count the goals myself (up to about 3) but like to know the time so I'd be happy with a big analogue clock face somewhere.

Don't disagree with any of that but to dismiss it as huff and puff is a bit unfair. That usually implies shite, which is far from it.

Im assuming its not a compliment - is that the same huff and puff that got us to 4th and a final?
