Much like Kilmarnock, Aberdeen, Dundee United, Hearts and Hibs. I don't get his point? If he is suggesting a gap in quality then he's talking shite. If he's talking about a gap in club stability then he's talking shite (maybe with the exception of Hibs and Dundee United).

I don't understand his reference to 'punch bags' or '7-1 scorelines'. Uppter 1st division teams tend to hold there own against any of the SPL teams in cup competitions so there no quite the gap in standard he's trying to make out. Twat.

I'm absolutely baffled at how it can be so ingrained in a club to kick folk off the park, regardless of the manager or players there at the time. Surely attitudes would evolve over the years as different folk leave and join the club. Is there something in the water?

Most of the 350K was spent on replacing/reparing the undersoil heating, drainage system and the layers below the pitch. I can't imagine it will cost the same again to repare the pitch this time round. From what I understand all it needs is reseeding and time to grow.

Was it the cheap option or the affordable option though?

Am I the only one that thinks we've got nothing to worry about? I'm confident the report will come back saying there was nothing more we could have done. The pitch simply wasn't ready to cope with -8C every night for 3 weeks. As for those questioning the groundstaffs competence, do you reall think they still be here if they were the problem? Boyle doesn't seem the type let someone away with blowing a £350K investment.

Here's a radical idea. Nick the buzzer system idea from Amateur Boxing (and nick the actual buzzer system if we canny afford our own). All ye need then is 5 highly trained professionals with 20/20 vision and who sleep with the fifa rule book under their pillows. If 3 out of the 5 buzz for a penalty then it's a penalty. Easy peasy.

Just voted, can't believe video evidence isn't waaaaaaaaaaay out in front. Explanations to the media only adds more pressure to the job. Refs need all the help they can get, especially in Scotland.
