Until this storm all kicked off the media wouldn't give Gannon or Motherwell the time of day, so i'm not really bothered about him not giving them the time of day. The media are most concerned with the goings-on at Celtic and Rangers, not Motherwell, so i'm happy to continue getting my info direct from the official site.

If the only signing we make this close season is an extension to Ruddy's loan deal i'll be a happy camper.

I'm surprised that no one has looked into doing an internet based magazine. That would be pretty decent, and the production costs would be very low indeed.

You don't think there would be more surprise and anger if United finished 7th this season than there would be if we finished 7th?

I don't mean to sound negative, but are we really to be considered as a top six side? I've always looked upon Hearts, Hibs, Aberdeen & Dundee United as the clubs who can look upon finishing outside the top six as a failure. Sure, it would be a great achievement to finish up there, but i'm wondering if recent seasons of us punching a bit above our weight has led to some fans thinking that we are bigger & better than we are. Were currently sitting 4 points clear of Aberdeen who are in 6th position, and i'd look on us still sitting in this position come Christmas as a great half-season, especially considering the circumstances we were in at the start of the season just before Gannon came in. As far as i'm concerned, we've hit the jackpot with a crop of promising youngsters and another very good manager, and I don't see any point in speculating about his commitment until he actually says something that leads us to believe he's on his way out. I'm more than happy with how things are going, and i'm looking forward to seeing us challenge for a top 6 spot this season.

I'm definately looking at the half-season ticket deal with the payment deal, and would certainly look at getting a ticket for the entire season if some sort of direct debit was in place instead of a one-off payment. An idea like this is certainly needed if the club are serious about getting more punters through the gates, and they should be applauded if they decide to go through with it.

I don't think he really has any obligation to tell the media anything, especially not the names of players he feels aren't performing. He could very well have said it behind closed doors, which would be more than enough.

It wasn't as if the lad was really to blame. He was marking Lukas, and he managed to get a yard on him, simple as that. Terrible show from the Accies players.

That won't matter, there'll be another job along shortly which we can all link Gannon to.

Not a bad result away from home, even though we could easily have taken all three points. Still, if you had told me that we would be in this position in November after we had lost our management team and at least four influential players i'd have taken it.

I was wondering if anyone knew what colleges/universities are valid for student entry to games? My mate is coming up for a week or so around Christmas and I was going to take him to Fir Park, but he lives down south. Is his card still valid? What cards do they accept at Fir Park?

Although i'm doubtful we could raise the £250,000 needed to buy him, i'd say it would be money well spent. Hopefully if we are looking to do anything further, such as extend his loan or even buy him, we do it before he gets the chance to impress anyone too much and start attracting interest.

Does it cost you anything to receive the updates to your phone? I doubt i'll be posting anything up to it, but was mainly wanting to get the updates and stuff from the people i'm following.

I think you're underestimating the worth of this forum Gaag. It's a place thats easily accessible, and gives us all a forum in which to pose our questions & ideas. Until I started posting here, I really had no idea what the Trust did or what it was all about. I've had questions answered, and read information on here that would prove invaluable to any prospective members.
