You know, I was tempted to post that any Motherwell striker who can consistently get around 15 goals a season can have any flaws in his game he wants. But, as true as that is, to say something like that is to do Higdon a disservice. Are there areas of his game that aren't as strong? Certainly. But if he was quicker and slightly more mobile with the same scoring rate, he wouldn't be playing for Motherwell.
I think when we look back in a few years, we'll realise that his performances as a number nine stand comparison with many Motherwell strikers...
