Like other industries, i suppose it depends on the level the person is operating at. If they are graduates or junior to mid staff they move on seamlessly. If they are senior management/director type level you get into those clauses. Thats my view anyway from non football industry. No idea what and how it happens in football

As we know, most of these media or bookies lists are nonsense. Scramble together some names that are out of a job, even better if we can push for someone friendly to the paper in question. Penalty ruled incorrect. Doesnt help us or hearts but at least we can hold heads high. Celtic getting investigated for pitch invasions is good to read. Given we were on a warning about pyro & we had them going off all second half, we need to just take the punishment on the chin

The biggest issue is "subjective calls infront of the VAR monitor. There should be no subjective calls with video evidence. If the operator can not tell definitivly then it should go no further. Its not a clear & obvious error!

For me, id fling all the money we have at JBA. Locked into a contract so hes bought out. Forget TJ or Just, JBA IS our most valuble asset! What a season!

They can make bids for him all they want. They would be crazy to think no other clubs have noticed his form. As for Jonny K - yep, new contract please. The lad is a good player. Baffles me how Kettlewell couldnt see it.

Point v hibs isnt thevworst result. While we were better than them, we were short of our best. Huffed & puffed a fair bit too with no penetration up top. For me first half we seemed determined to go down the right side. Very rarely did we switch it over to sparrow on the left. Hibs doubled up down their left(our right) and we were boxed in tight. 2nd half we swapped Tawanda left & concentrated efforts down there. When Said came on he mustv been 10 mins before anyone sent the ball his way. Not our best day at the office but no real damage

Anythings possible but i cant see us selling just unless its big bucks. Tawanda will be off & i wouldnt be surprised if its Watt who goes. If we make 2 good sales then based on the noises coming out of FP then that should be that. The most important asset for us to keep hold of is the manager however. Hes going to be in demand & with podcast & big long interview article last week his agent must be on a profile raising offensive as well. If we did keep him i think we could carry on improving even if we ship two of our better players.

Reality is we went to Celtic park to a team whose budget is astronomical compared to us. We dominated possesion but couldnt make it count. The game swung on the pen/red as we were 100% in it to that point & to be honest even after it until the third went in. Was it a pen - probably yes. Bit double jepordy to get the red. Chamberlain should also have been off. Disapointing yes, but we were neither humped nor humbled. Get back on the wins next week & close out the season strong. 3rd is still available if others fuck up which they will.....

Neither club deserve the lions share. The fans who participated in the pitch invasions, violence, vandalism & rushing of the gates are to blame! Saying it is the clubs fault is too easy. Its not our fault if one of our fans steals someones flag or drum. It is squarly the fault of the fan themself who commited x,y or z. Could the police have had more officers present? Yes. Is violence, vandalism & rule breaking only due to that? Of course not. It is on the individual! For me, that is why both clubs should be critical of the behaviour witnessed.

Awful quiet match thread. Really could be doing with another 3 points. The longer we keep this run & tilt going the more chance of others feeling the pressure. While its still fanciful for us to win the title, lets not blow ourselves out of it just yet. Normally take a point in away games but given where we are & the small number of games left, expectations/hopes should change. Go for the throats, & knock off another 3points please
