It just gets better each week. Whats going to happen if we ever did somehow get two or three windows out this gaffer? Being mid 40s these days iv seen alot, early 90s when we mounted a genuine challenge, McGhee v1 team a joy to watch the attacking front 3, McCalls team of stars but nothing compares to what this team can do in terms of controlling games, keeping possession, turnovers & pacey counters, never mind the clean sheets. You get the feeling that this is still a work in progress & there is more to come. Long may it continue! For any young well fan - just enjoy it. We are seeing something genuinly different and hopefully (touch wood) a bit special!

Watt has been really good for us, zero arguament there. He wasnt really that good last year at St J. How much of the improvement is solely due to shape & instruction - obviously coupled with the lads dedication. If he was to go he would be a loss no doubt but im confident the gaffer can mould another midfielder into the system. With Slattery, Just, Priestman & Said we would still have a good base. Hope he sees the season out right enough

Did any if us honestly have Just, Fadinger, Said or even Watt (from our own league) on their radar? Im guessing very few of us. I'de like to think the manager has a few irons in the fire that we wont have a clue about.

Hes got the touch & close control to slot into our team. His shooting adds to our team. Does he have a good enough engine though?? Either way, if he was available it would be worth a shot

First half yesterday we played lots of cut backs from the bye line into the box & he couldnt get on any of them.....

More likely is that we have some roasters in our support
