Haha, thats what i mean. Given everyone now knows, then why go to the bother of logging in twice and leaving opinions as two different folk?? Must have plenty spare time!
-
Were you not outed as a dual account lastweek or did i pick that up wrong??
-
Ah well, better off at the golf club dinner listening to sydney devine. DIRTY BASTARD!!
-
Radio scotland were pounding celtic fans today, not often that happens
-
Wasnt there lastnight, were we as bad as ever or were celtic really good? Radio scotland seem to be suggesting celtic were in irresistable form
-
If you think about it, higgy wasnt prolific and was getting pelters off the fans until Ojamma turned up.
-
I've said all through this season that we are lacking a Nicky Law or an Ojamma. Someone who can pick the ball up and drive forward. Ojamma could excite us, but Law would (hopefully) provide the much needed link between midfield and attack, stopping us punting it over the top.

Christ, you can even be pedantic with your own posts!

Im quite concerned that he's saying we have not become a bad team after 1 game. Its blatantly obvious to those of us watching the games that we have been a bad team all season. Im actually very concerned that the players might be thinking they are a bounce here or a kick there away from everything clicking, when the reality is that we are very poor but fortunate that we are in a poor league. Heres a hint Keith....... - No movement off the ball - No link between midfield and attack - No players who can pick the ball up and drive forward - All of the above has resulted in a reliance on long balls over the top to Sutton and hope Anier can break the offside trap.
-
So you don't give McCall any credit for building last seasons team which was as you point out arguably the strongest (APART FROM CELTIC) in the league. Im thinking of that team, McCall personally brought in, Ramsden, Law, Faddy, Ojamma, Higgy.

Did that happen? Hope it did, she should have toed him in the baws while she was at it, and then did the same to the playing squad.
-
Obviously hes very young and not had much game time but when he has been on the pitch he's probably been our best player. Saying that, its not really been hard to be our best player this season
-
We were a very inspiring team last season. Now......just pish
-
Moore starting, deserves his place, hope he grabs it with both hands
-
It was just laid in the summer so i'm guessing it'll be pretty advanced stuff. Not sure what G we are at now, if its 4 or 5 or 50 etc. Here's a question, if Accies get promoted this season, do they have to rip it up and put it back to grass or have the rules all changed with SPFL etc?
-
How much experience do our guys have of playing on astro? Do we train on it a lot? Worried with our form, and the surface this is fast turning into a potential banana skin!
-
It will be if we get banjo'ed out the cup!
-
To be honest, you are half correct. Our strikeforce are not getting shots away etc, BUT they are getting no service. There is no link between midfield and attack, badly missing a Law or Ojamma who could pick the ball up and drive forward. Right now we have a dead zone in the middle of the park & the only way around it has been to launch long balls up to sutton and hope annier can beat the offside trap. We have played like that since the first game of the season. Its dross to watch, and now isnt even working. I really hope Moore has some skills& can bring a bit of flair and guile to the team.
-
They were all shite with the exception of Moore when he came on. Least pish indeed.
-
The 'well bois/group of lads with the drum and songs have done a great job. Leave them to it, they can manage their expansion themselves. Don't need the rest of us sticking our oars in. As someone has already said, if it ain't broken.........
-
Plastic pitch, is this going to affect us??
-
Yep, but if you have a wee look at my post, in particular the two 'if' statements in bold, you can see what I'm getting at.
-
Completley agree however I would say that the level of competition really is shite. If we had last seasons team, and if they were able to recapture the form of the last 3 months of last season then I expect we would be sitting top of the league right now and giving Celtic serious cause for concern. We would all be creaming ourselves, at least for a few minutes until we started having a meltdown that all our players would be leaving in January.
-
Hopefully he was remimding them that we won the game and are currently sitting joint 2nd despite not hitting form yet
-
Not pretty to watch, but not as bad as some of our performances this season. The most important thing today was the win so no real complaints. We really are missing people who can drive forward from midfield with the ball and make things happen. Law and Ojamma could both do that. Now we are overly reliant on the ball over the top, and if the team we are playing against are half competant at defending then we are in bother. I thought Faddy was shite and offered very little. He did try and get on the ball which is encouraging but he's slower than a week in the jail and on days like today when the silky skills are not paying off then he might as well be sitting on the bench. What he does bring to the team& i noticed it last season is a 'mouthy bastard who wants to ref the game himself'. This is actually refreshing for us to have someone the refs are scared of after years of Scott Brown and Steven Naismith doing it against us. Ainsworth - dont want to say hes shite but he wasnt at it today. Next weekend might be a problem if we are missing Hutch, Hammy and Ramsden. Regardless of my moans, well chuffed with the 3points. Hard fought victory. Onwards and upwards mon the 'well!
