  1. Pumped 5-0 Im afraid. Our history is littered with us getting beat off newly promoted sides we should be putting away.....
  2. Noway we can afford him but i'de take Webster in a heart beat. Head and shoulders above Garry Kenneth. Theres a reason Dundee United made him (on loan at the time) their captain!
  3. Sounds like he will fit in well at Fir Park then.
  4. No idea about how good saunders would be, but you would think Devlins availability would influence mccalls thoughts on whether we need to keep Saunders. For the record i dont think we should get rid. In the little ive seen of him ive been more impressed with him than i have with cummins
  5. And he used to play for Rangers, he needs to 'get tae' for that as well apparantly.
  6. Has McCall ever talked about or advertised his 'extensive contacts'? I could be wrong but I can't remember it ever being mentioned. McGhee on the other hand........
  7. In the last 5 years, which has arguably been our most successful and consistent since 1992-93, what proportion of games would you say you have predicted us to lose in? Then contrast that with how we have actually done. Once you have finished that task, feel free to get the fishing rod back out.
  8. Love the quote from McCall on BBC. It would appear he actually does see the same things as the rest of us..... "Normally Chris hits it over the stand but he struck it sweetly and it was a fantastic goal - from their corner I think it was."
  9. According to twitter feed its back to the wall. I cant turn on radio scotland as last time i did, united scored! Fingers, toes & baws all crossed....
  10. These 2nd half twitter updates are a bit frightning
  11. Andy Wanker is up there doing the link for sky, the bitter c**t couldnt have sounded any less depressed about our goal! Mon the higgy! Yaaas!!
  12. Goal keepers have to protect themselves in the air. If theres an arguament to be made that he was protecting himself& not going on the offensive then we should pursue. If we lose, then the club have to react about the inconsistencies of the apparant trial by tv we are getting
  13. It doesnt mean he wasn't shite and the worst player in claret & amber on Saturday
  14. Thats a terrible article. Even Boab didnt say Jamie would seriously consider the move. Looks like the journo has pulled the comment out his arse
  15. Ive read critiscism of Hately in this board quite a bit and ive never really understood it. In fact aside from Randolph, Tam would be one of the first names on my team sheet. However, yesterday he was absolutley gash, ive not seen a right back performance as bad as that by a Motherwell player since big mclean had his nightmare against Dundee. Was Hately feeling well? After effects of the flu or anything? It really was a shocking performance& i say that as a hately fan!
  16. Cheers Scott, nice one. Didnt think the bar would be open that early, but Im not going to complain!
  17. Given that there seems to have been no agreement on voting structures, I believe there is a huge bounty available for finishing 2nd. If it looks like we have a team capable of finishing 2nd, the prize money available would more than make up for cashing in on our players in January.
  18. Anyone know what time the Cooper starts selling pints tomorrow??
  19. Strange coverage, cant hear the fans at all (either side) but can hear the players& managers shouting. Its like watching a game in the park.
  20. Haha, Melvin loved old 'shovel face'! I know his team is 'opinions' which is fair enough, but how does saunders (10games) get in the team when melvin would have ojamma as the worst player in the league??
  21. Whilst I don't agree with your opinions of Hutch, your arguament certainly stands up with Clarkson.
  22. Randolph Corrigan Craigan Hutch Hammill Jenno O'Donnell Lasley Faddy McDonald Jutkiewicz I would be very tempted to swap Hammill for Jim Paterson if you could guarantee we got the JP who played for McGhee's first 6 months. I thought he was superb. Bench: Ruddy, Porter, McCormack, Law, Reynolds, JOB. The team above, as good as it is, I don't even know how it would look out on the park. I like my 'well teams, in real life and in FM to play with wingers. Even though JOB certainly isn't one of our best 11 since admin, he might merit a place on the bench to mix things up a bit.
