  1. It wasn't your gran that Rooney pumped was it??
  2. Totally agree with you. I was just pointing out that Albi's point might not be as unreasonable as posters first believed.
  3. Im not saying its right, infact I think its shocking whats happened, Im just saying that if the security guard was present with the smoke bombs last season, then its reasonable to think she might possibly associate the two!
  4. I think Albi does have a point, that it's not too far a leap (rightly or wrongly) for over zealus security to link 'young guys with flags and drum' with last seasons 'young guys with smoke bombs.' It would certainly be a reasonably defendable position for the security guard in question to put forward.
  5. I agree with that. I would also like to see (next time we are cruising 3-0 up) Page get brought on to see what the lad can do. Craigans not going to be able to play forever and lets face it, Clancy couldnt hold down a place in the Kily team.
  6. My mate is a moderator on the Dundee United forum, I told him about it and sent him the link. Don't know if he'll raise it on that board or not. He reckons the stewarding up there is heavy handed.
  7. Ladies?? Most of the blokes on here have sticky dreams about him it would seem!
  8. Good idea, but can whoever originally liaised with MFC who in turn spoke with United, bring this to MFC's attention, can't imagine they will be too happy to hear that despite official clearance, the lads were still refused.
  9. Just as well Cassagolda wasn't there, Swanson would have had no chance!
  10. Top 6 last season, cup final, now sitting 4 points clear in third place. I hate to break it to you, but that is actually pretty good for Motherwell!
  11. We were absolutely brutal today, but............................ who gives a fuck!! A win against that auld c**t was what was really needed! Well done to Boab, up until Tuesday nights cameo I hadn't seen anything from him to suggest he would be any good, but the minutes he's had in the last coup[le of games have been encouraging. If he's not yet ready for a starting place then at the very least he's due the last hour of the next few games! Aberdeen tried to park the bus, and we didnt have our game with us today to break them down. Im not going to worry about it too much, but rather enjoy the evening. 16 points from 9 games, 4 points clear in third, I'll take that! Mon the 'well!!
  12. Craigans been playing lhs since Reynolds left. Hutchy plays right side.
  13. Where does this idea come from? I'de been told by a few people before the Hibs game that Omar was supposed to be a flying machine. When he came on he looked reasonably composed but there was noway in hell he was anywhere near as fast as Humphrey!
  14. On lastnights evidence, there is noway that Omar is faster than Humphrey!
  15. The problem with this thinking is that Humphrey more often than not, doesn't show up. If he played every game like he did lastnight then he would be on my team sheet first, but he doesn't! The boy needs to develop consistency or else whats the point in playing someone who is a diddy 4 games out of 5??

    Hibernian

Randolph, followed by Law and Humphrey.
  17. Great game, shite result! Absolutley pulsating cup tie, end to end, both teams could have won by quite a few goals. I'de like to think we were the better team, but saying that, Randy had to pull off quite a number of great saves. Our defence was terrible, both goals resulting from errors. When did we decide passing it back to the keeper for him to hoof it up the park was a better idea the defenders just booting it themselves?? First 10 minutes I thought we were poor and in for a drubbing, our confidence was clearly down and we looked to be picking up where we left off on Saturday. Credit to the boys though, they got back in there and played much better. I thought we had 3 stand out players lastnight, Law, Humphrey and Randolph. If Humphrey can develop some kind of consistency and deliver on that level week in week out, he will quickly turn into our main weapon and a fans favourite.
  18. Given that Im happy enough to come on these boards and say he's pish when he is, its only fair to say Humphrey had a great game lastnight. One of our better players. Hopefully he can develop some consistency now!
  19. Based on what? 10 minutes of dross on Saturday?
  20. Come on, just say it........... He was pish on Saturday!
  21. Not yet a Higdon basher, but the problem I have with him is that he doesn't seem to bother to try and jump to win his headers. He stands there expecting the ball to land on his head, all the while the defenders jump for it and win it. He was pish at the weekend, but so were the rest of the team.
  22. It would maybe be harsh to call him pish 100% of the time, but he was certainly pish yesterday, as were the rest of the team!
