Morton - with 7 days xtra training - starting to run this game to be honest...... Ahhhh sack everyone tear down firpark were relegated for sure this season.
McCall has this to say about the game tonight.
Morton are good side who will be looking to push themselves in the First Division this year and I expect a very stern test
You've also got to remember that we only have two new players at the minute the rest of the squad is very familiar with how I like to play and how their teammates play. Its different if you have six or seven new players and you are essentially trying to gel a team together. Having said that, we are pushing some of the kids like Carswell, Smith, Pollock and Lawless and others who I hope will make more of an impact at first-team level this season.
Absolutely no offence in you not agreeing with my opinions johnstone, Ive amended my post to favourite and least favourite player which i think is a better way of wording it ,least favourite because so many moves come to an end when Humphrey gets the ball ,he has blistering pace which some say cant be bought ,but his skill and technique which some say can be taught after two seasons shows no sign of developing in anyway. I also based my thoughts on first team regulars and not fringe players.
It is happening ,the video interview with john boyle in the main stand was done by the club .Think that we are hoping to have something up and running soon.
Just watched McCalls interview on the beeb and he mentions a player arriving on Friday [Law?] and then possibly another[Gunning?] realy hope we can get Gunning signed up iknow some dont like him but i rate him and think hes a real good prospect.
Were continually fed this line mate ,that money from certain avenues will be used to strengthen the team, but for me the squad is getting smaller and weaker, now if were struggling after 4 or 5 good seasons what happens if we hit the skids and have a few lean years.
There is a Dominic Green plays with Peterborough but that ain't him, and he isn't listed on the under 19,s page on the official site. But I reckon hes a youth player non the less.
As has been said already Craigan MUST surely have had a say in who the opponents were for his testimonial. I mean what reason would the club have in not giving a guy who has served the club for fifteen seasons ,played over 350 times and been a great ambassador on and off the park a testimonial against Leeds on a Saturday afternoon in July. And I would just like to add that I will be at Crags testimonial, but wont be at the Leeds friendly or any other friendlies ,because no matter the opponents friendlies are what they are and always have been ,crap.
Dont know if this has been mentioned but saw this.....
Real Madrid starlet Jaime Navarro is reportedly set for a trail with Orient after his contract at Bernabeu comes to an end.
Navarro, 20, plays in defence and Madrid teammate Cristiano Ronaldo recommended a move to England would be good for his game. After a trail at Motherwell last month, Navarro will hope to impress Russell Slade at the O's.
Would Mark really want to come back to Motherwell anyway, would think that if he is leaving Sheffield Wednesday he might be looking for a fresh challenge somewhere to get his career back on track.
When the fuck will employees of our club stop being duped into (giving them the benefit of the doubt) or willingly providing these type of fuckin nonsense interviews.
Stop this pish Motherwell.
Personally I'd be looking at invoking the clubs disciplinary policy for this shite when community ownership comes around.
Agree with you here mate ,sticks in the throat a wee bit when Motherwells goalkeeping coach is touting our goalkeeper to Celtic. Get a grip on this Motherwell f.f.s.
