I would say that Higdons no better or worse than Sutton ,he will definitely do a good job for us and as someone else said Higdon's uncompromising style will put the fear of death into most defenders.

Motherwell Football Club would like to sincerely thank all the players who are leaving the club for their efforts whilst at Fir Park and wish them every success in the future careers.
McCall will be judged on what he does from here on in as far as most fans are concerned ,what players he brings in, style of play and results. His honeymoon period as they say is well and truly over.
A lot of that could have been because of the poor results in the games leading up to the final, for me McCall made a complete mess of things and that includes the final itself.
Motherwell boss Stuart McCall believes Steve Jennings will snub Aberdeen FC to stay at Fir Park.
He said: “They can afford to offer him more money than we could, but his family is settled here and he might not fancy moving so far north.”
I seem to remember a similar rhetoric from McCall with Blackman,im sure he said if Blackman came back to Scotland he was confident it would be to Motherwell.
Most likely the buses were moved by the Polis , get those pesky Motherwell fans well away from the stadium so they don't bother or cause trouble for those nice Celtic fans. Just another display of old firm favouritism this time from Scotland's finest. Don't know if that's what the inquiry is about but I guarantee you that's why the buses were moved .The Polis you just love them ......not.
Got it from a very reliable source that we've got the option to sign Gunning, I think he would be a good addition to the squad, yes he made mistakes like other young players[saunders,Hutchy]but he has great potential.
I cant say I'm thrilled by the names being put forward so far but to be honest i couldn't come up with anyone better. This is where McCall will show us if his contacts are any good or not .
From the evening news.....
Motherwell midfield general Steve Jennings has revealed that he is likely to sign a new deal at Fir Park.
The former Tranmere Rovers ace goes out of contract next week but says his agent will hold talks with Well manager Stuart McCall this week.
And individual coaching the 26-year-old is receiving from the Well gaffer is likely to play a massive part in his decision.
Jenno said: “The gaffer wants me to stay and he has made that clear to me from the off.
Two of our on loan players Steven Lawless and Peter Innes, both featured in last nights 3-1 win for Albion Rovers in the 1st leg of the final play off over Annan Athletic. Well done guys.
Will there be Rangers fans going along on Saturday ? Yes .What can anyone do about it? Nothing. So best not to bother about it, just get along support the Well and enjoy the occasion.
