  2. Not got any problem at all with this appointment ,welcome back Kenny.
  3. I think we were 3-1 up in that game then a certain Pat Nevin ran riot for Clyde and we lost 3-4. I remember the opening day game as well against Rangers 2-2 after being 0-2 down, maybe that nice mr Yabbasturd could put the well v rangers game online somewhere for us to watch again .But yes it was a bleak time for M.F.C under big Jock Wallace.
  4. You know something ,spill the beans.
  5. From firpark corner.... Heard a whisper from a good source that wolves are ready to sign jamie murphy before the transfer window shuts if thats the case we should be looking at a million at least?
  6. Spot on pie , its almost like our club is being pillaged in front of us ,and were powerless to do anything.
  7. Dont know if the game went ahead or not delboy but if it did i would think a few of the guys on here would would likley make it.
  8. So we put 2and2 together, that is Sutton offski to Rangers and David Healy joining Motherwell .
  9. His own words. "I have no intention of changing my circumstances as things stand and I need to keep working hard and help the team get some results for the new manager."
  10. David Healy rumour has a wee bit going for it ,he has been on loan at Doncaster Rovers for the last six months ,he has six months left on his contract with Sunderland and was looking to sign for Doncaster but the move has stalled. Anyway here's a link with some info...http://www.skysports.com/story/0,19528,11695_6638991,00.html
  11. This is what is said on Rangers rumours.... Rangers are set to swoop for Motherwell front man John Sutton in an attempt to solve the dilemma that is the exit of 21 goal Kenny Miller. Sutton, who is said to be extremely keen on the switch to Ibrox is understood to be valued at £200,000 by the Steelman hierarchy. Manager Stuart McCall and chairman John Boyle are resigned to losing the powerful Englishman to the current SPL Champions........ You can never say never but if its anything like the rumours on this board we will take it with a large pinch of salt.
  12. According to another thread delboy its supposed to be at dalziel park sometime today .Don't know if the cold weather has changed that or not .Then again I think they are all weather parks so you just need a start time. Someone might give a good time to walk yir dug in that area.
  13. Love that google translator check this bit out .......It is a solid central defender in his work behind it and having a good long scroll. It is versatile and goes well above thanks to its large size.

  21. And the old firm ,Celtic and Rangers always in the mix for all things bad.
  22. Plymouth Argyle are set to sign Manchester City winger Donal McDermott if the Football League lift the transfer embargo imposed on the club. A national newspaper has reported that Pilgrims boss Peter Reid is keen to take the 21-year old Irishman on-loan for the rest of the season with a view to a permanent move in the summer.
  23. If the players cant be arsed then is it any wonder supporters myself included are drifting away ,nae guts, nae passion thats just about sums up the team at the moment.
  24. From the Glasgow evening times ,what caught my eye was McCalls quote that there will DEFINITLY be a couple of new players in before the Hibs game next week. Stuart McCall hopes to add at least one new face before tomorrow’s visit of away-day specialists Inverness. The new Motherwell gaffer had released Alan Gow and seen top scorer Nick Blackman return to Blackburn Rovers after the completion of his loan deal, while 24-year-old defender Marc Fitzpatrick has signed a two-year deal with First Division Ross County. “We are now looking a bit light in terms of squad numbers and the priority is to get new faces in,” said McCall. “In that regard I am hopeful we may make a move in time for the Inverness game, while there will definitely be a couple in for the visit of Hibs next week. “I can understand Marc wanting to move to County as he will be getting game time every week up the road whereas maybe here at Motherwell, if he had stayed, he would be more of a squad player. “But we have been working hard behind the scenes to get some new players in place, and I am hopeful one of those may come to fruition for Inverness.”
