Do we even know it is this guy fae Gateshead?

I think after having Ciftci for 6 months we'd have figured out whether he's worth a contract or not.

The good people of Darlington town are saying on Twitter that we’re playing them down there on Sunday the 8th of July.

When he puts on the Motherwell shirt he's 100% Motherwell ,that's all that matters.

I think Ciftci would be a good signing , and surely after having him for 6 months we've been able tae asses whether he can do a job for us.

I got my season ticket for next year yesterday , now Im 60 ,£175 is a good deal . I last had a season ticket back in 2010/11 season. I certainly can't make every home game , but I reckon I'll get my money's worth.

Yes I will certainly be watching the Champs league final on Saturday weeyin, even though one of the finalists weren't "Champs". English play offs yes should be good , the World cup though Im not particularly interested.

The draw for the group stage of the 2018/19 Betfred Cup will be made on Friday May 25 and will be broadcast live on BT Sport 2 at 6.30pm The 40-team group stage includes the 38 SPFL clubs not involved in European competition plus Highland League winners Cove Rangers and Lowland League champions Spartans. After the build up last week and then match day itself, a real down feeling today. Maybe when we lost the league cup final the season was still going on . Everything this time just seems to have ground to a halt.

Some guy on twitter saying that the Grimsby town keeper has knocked us back. ?? I look forward to next season ,one or two new faces ,but for me I’m looking tae some of our younger players breaking through.

Aldred came in and did a marvelous job when we lost Hartley to injury , but we've now got Hartley back so I suppose you could argue he's no longer required. But....I would love it if he's back here next season , Aldred was everything that Motherwell football club was about this season , and as those in the Know are suggesting ,"Kipre is away", so we'll be looking for a replacement.

The Police held all the Motherwell buses back until the Great unwashed had left Hampden . I was on one of the Cooper buses and we didn't leave the car park till 5:45. My own personal experience of the police is that they are a bit like the English ,one or two decent chaps ,but mostly a shower of bastards.

Better team won on the day. But I can't be overly critical . Team did us proud this season. We have a team of players that are good enough to get 20 clean sheets ,the flip side is that they don't really have enough in the locker to go that bit extra and lift the cup.

Burton were going down anyway at 1-1 with Bolton winning, but I suppose Louis put the final nail in there coffin. I think Louis will get punted ,out his depth now.

Very true mate, were always as a club talking about doing the basics and going into a cup final we should most certainly be doing that. Trying to build a bit of momentum by winning games , players playing for a place in the team or at least get themselves in the squad. And in doing so maybe get more bums on seats in the Motherwell end come 19 May . We failed miserably today on all counts.

1-5 well I didn't see that one coming, as others have said the big one is in two weeks ,but losing 1-5 isn't good preparation at any time . Be interested in the gaffers after match comments about " this football club ".

Anyone who thinks this won't have an impact on the team going into the final is kidding themselves. And a lot of fans who aren't sure about going in a fortnight well....this will help make their minds up.
