Sadly, St Mirren will have hasselbaink playing because they'll win their appeal. It was never a red card, yellow at most as it wasn't an elbow in the face intending to injure the player it was an arm across the body trying to guard the ball and it was non-intentional. Still If big John Sutton, Rudi Skacel, andy Driver, Ryan stevenson and David templeton couldn't get passed us then we have nothing to worry about unless Hutch isn't playing and it's saunders again But knowing McCall, he'll probably switch it over to Page for match time if Hutch is still out.

I went for Hateley. he did everything right today, looked very dangerous runnning forward, tried another mazey run towards the end but it never paid off, linked up well with Chris humphrey all match and he was used in almost every attack down that right hand side. Top class Performance today!!! :thumbup: He just tipped Lasley for my vote because Las's tackles were all BRILLIANT!!

I think it said on the Motherwell facebook that Higdon will be given until kick off to prove his fitness. It was in an interveiw with Kenny Black. If we have a decent turn out, both wings are getting used to their best capacity and everyone except the two centre backs having something to do with an attack or two then I don't think we'll struggle too much. (Notice I've changed my tune from my last prediction ) Still reckon We'll win though but maybe not by two goals or more. 2-1 'Well is my new prediction.

Wouldn't be too fussed about gunning going to united or even Reynoulds going to aberdeen to be honest. Gunning will benefit from united and move on in a year or two. Reynoulds will find himself in the exact same place, playing in a league he doesn' want to play in and will end up putting in half arsed performances against bottom six teams and getting ripped to shreds from the top six teams. (or he'll have a blinder all season). It is amazing how many ex-Well/ current Well players are linked with aberdeen and have been since january 2010

how can we be over acheivers every season if we finished 6th last season, 5th the season before, 8th or 9th the season before and 3rd once this millenium? if anything, we're more consistant

I feel like I'm a little over-optimistic in thinking that we are going to stroll past them after reading all this pish about away teams in turmoil, striker in need and televised games . I think we'll have a "kick 'em when they're down" moment and win 3-0. Big john Sutton won't get a chance because He'll have Craigan breathing down his neck the whole 90 minutes and It'll be Murphy, Hammell ( ) and a Hateley Pen.

I was using them as examples for SPL teams that are not the old Firm. Not saying that the scotland squad should be built up of platers from three specific squads in the spl of which probably have two international candidates betwee them.

He needs to move away from motherwell to get a place in the Scotland Squad. Levein Will not pick a player from hibs, motherwell, Aberdeen etc. because he is an ignorant prick who only picks the best from either a club related to him, a club in a higher league or a club that has the balls of the sfa in their Hands, i.e the old Firm, with one or two exceptions.
