I seen this happening, it came from the front row of the east stand where a group of young boys about 10 years old were standing, they waited 'till McCarthy turned his back and spat on him. A steward must have seen it happening but maybe he just never seen who did it.

It seems to be in the East Stand that one week it's too loud then the next week we can hardly hear it.

But that is you and why should he do that just because you would. He has done absolutely nothing wrong and i don't think for a minute he thinks he's Irish. He has said many a time he would have chosen Scotland over Ireland if asked and that he wanted international experience, he was given a chance and he took it. The guy doesn't deserve abuse for this reason. Get over it.

Maybe we should try and get undersoil heating that works then. They shouldn't be driving bloody tractors all over a football pitch, it's farcical. And for what you say about the groundsman trying his best, well sometimes it just isn't good enough. We have one of the worst parks in Scotland and that is a fact.

It is an total embarrassment having to play on a surface like that. Looks like the groundsman has been playing at wacky races or something with his tractor, leaving tyre tracks all over it. No one elses park is quite as bad as that so why is ours in such a state?. We can't blame the rain, we can't blame Gretna so what is the problem? I can only see it getting worse in the next couple of months and i think it could maybe cost us points and injuries.

I really don't know where you get the idea that he never beat his man, were you actually at the game?, at one time he ran past 3 players and beat his man on a few occasions. His crossing isn't the best but he did manage to put in a couple of good crosses today, i'd give him man of the match.

That's rubbish, O'Brien has already said he supports Scotland but let's face it i don't think he'd ever have got a game for Scotland. Same as Brian McLean when he chose to play for Ireland he always said he was a Scotland supporter. He has done absolutely nothing wrong in playing for Ireland, he has only went along with the rules which he is within his rights to do so.

Me too, always looked indecisive when the ball came to him and made a couple of rash clearances.

I'd agree with you, we play a lot better when he is in the team, even when he doesn't score he adds so much to the team with his workrate. He also seems to have bulked up a bit and is not easily pushed off the ball like he used to be.
