To be fair David implied he doesn't quite know what it is about him he dislikes but he has a gut instinct. And on the back of that he alao noted he doesn't know him an he could be wrong.
I'm also looking forward to next season. I'm excited about new players, fresh faces, the anticipation of knowing whether they're shite or not. For every successful season we have we will have a deconstructing close-season.
All the best Darren. Absolute gem of a goalkeeper. A goalkeeper who has everything, shot stopping, quick off the line, judgement, distribution, cross ball, handling, temperament. Just solid. I've no doubt you'll make it as Ireland's number 1 keeper.
My mate took his daughter, he was in the south. They absolutely loved it and want to come back. I told him he could get a free season ticket for her, as she's under 12, if he buys one.
A few other folk I know went along and one is looking to buy a season ticket. My brother in law is also looking into it.
People loved the atmosphere and have been attracted to our style this season. The atmosphere on Sunday was brilliant. It was great seeing two stands interact with one another the way they were.
I know where you're coming from. But like others, I think Celtic could have stepped it up a bit more as well.
It's been a great season. I remember standing in te East Stand back at the end if the 2006/07 season (I think) when all the empty season books were being lobbed onto te pitch under Malpas. Fast forward 6 years and I we have one of the best Motherwell teams in quite sometime. It's a mad world. Who knows what the futures history holds for us.
I think since McGhee (and probably before) most of us have became aclumatised to people viewing Morherwell as a place to do well and move on. I used to be anxious about people moving on but not anymore. Time and time again we've replaced people.
We lost Porter, we gained Sutton. We lost Sutton we gained Higdon.
We lost McCormack, we gained Obrien. We lost Obrien and we gained Murphy. And on top we got Ojamma.
We lost Smith, we got Ruddy (ok we had Fraser for a bit). We lost Ruddy and we gained Randolph.
There are so many examples. Patterson/Hammel. Hughes/Jennings/Law. Reynolds/Saunders/Hutchison.
I used to worry but fuck it. We seem to be an institution that an reinvent its core over and over.
I've convinced two work colleagues to attend with me. One being a Rangers fan (although his father is a motherwell fan) and the other being an East Fife fan. I' would get them that spare ticket as part of my ST deal but fuck it, they're sold on coming plus they're happy to pay, more money for us.
I reckon it's going to be a 1 - 1 draw unfortunately. We just seem to struggle against St Mirren.
