Exactly this. I was about to post the same thing. McCall was responding directly to this fat bell end - not the stand itself. The guy in question and his wee group of mates are some of the most ill informed, idiotic non-supporters I have ever had the ill-pleasure of sitting near. Unfortunately a couple of them also have kids and they already spout the same shite their dads do. The incident prior to the McCall one came about when McFadden was subbed and one of the fat guy's mates shouted abuse at McCall and that Anier was shite. Anier obv came on and made the goal and someone a few rows in front when cheering turned round and gave the guy verbals. That turned into a wee shouting match and the fat lad waited till it died down and then stood up and embarrassingly shouted "I'm watching you, think your a hard man mate, I'm watching you" to the guy who had gave his mate verbals. It was fucking cringeworthy.

Aye, I would agree with that. They are a bit faster and a bit stronger which maybe points to the amount of last minute goals they have scored.

Outside Celtic they have been our toughest opponents and certainly I on paper have the best squad. However, I dont think there is much between us at all. In the first league game, although they were better looking going forward, we gifted them 2 penalties and were off the back of a european game. We dont give them 2 penalties it probably finishes a draw. At the cup game, we had more possession, more shots and more corners and hit the bar. If that shot goes in its a different story. We should have won that game. Game ip there recently we nicked. Yesterday, draw wad a fair result but, again, we should have won.

McHugh on loan until end of season to QOS - confirmed http://www.qosfc.com/new_newsview.aspx?newsid=2152

Record is running with the story that we would be looking to loan them out rather than sell. Makes sense I suppose as if the clubs pay McHugh/Cummins in full what we save could be used to fund extra in to Anier's wage? Or elsewhere.

In an ideal world you put players on a 3 or 4 year contract and look at new terms or sale with 18 months to go. Thats the best way to get the best money. However, it is risky given the chance a player could turn out to be a dud. Given our financial tightrope walking every year I would imagine thats why we only dish out 2 year deals (usually).

According to the met office/bbc: No rain overnight, apart from the chance of one light rain shower 6am - 7am, then dry until 2pm. So, it should be good to go. Might get a bit muddy underfoot during the game if the rain does persist at that time but then who doesn't love a big muddy slidey (apart from the groundsman probably!) :-)

Hopefully we can extend Anier & Ainsworth to the end of the season and bring another body in to supplement the ranks. However, looking in house at players whose contract runs out at the end of the season - who would you keep on? Out of contract : Faddy McManus Lasley Hammell Hutchy Hollis Stewart I would be offering them all deals apart from Hollis, perhaps.

Delighted, and a tight win by a goal like I thought. Seems they had more posession and, shots etc. just like we had in the cup game. That's football! Taking that 1 chance makes the difference!

Whisper it, but it was Lawson who shot as well. Cue wails of 'he should have scored that' from the Lawson haters on here.

Apart from hit the bar and have more shots, corners and possession than them. We didnt get the goal that day but if we play like we did on Saturday we will.

Absolute drivel. We wil not conceded 5. In my opinion of course. In both games against them this season things could have been far different. For all their plaudits and attractive play we can definately match them on Boxing Day and with 2 first choice defenders out should be able to take advantage with a confident Anier and Sutton up front. At the league game, although they were better looking going forward, we gifted them 2 penalties and were off the back of a european game. We dont give them 2 penalties it probably finishes a draw. At the cup game, we had more possession, more shots and more corners and hit the bar. If that shot goes in its a different story. It's the manner of the late goals we lost that hurt us all. We should have won that game. However, I think it will be tight but I could see us sneaking a win by a goal. 2-1 'Well.

Yeah, we were beaten soundly by Dundee Utd but the team we put out was very weakened. We haven't looked great this season but we will have enough for a very poor Killie side. At the very worst this will be a draw but I see us winning it by a couple of goals.

http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/24503747 Faddy out and Ainsworth a doubt. What would your team be? If Ainsworth out then mine would be below... Hollis Ramsden--Hutchy--McManus--Hammy Lasley--Carswell--ZFA Vigurs Sutton--Anier

They are both on 408 scottish league appearances according to Soccerbase.

Aye, still there. Scored a couple of goals this season already but been on the bench the last 2 games.

At least we have him signed up until 2015 so if he does go now or even next year there would be a fee.

Annoying for us but the weekend is undoubtedly quieter than mon - fri for traffic.

From that it sounds like you were barely the footballer...given that he is a pro now...

It's a done deal for Higginbotham at Partick...a 2 year one at that! http://ptfc.co.uk/news/2013-2014/august_2013/reaction_to_new_signing?

From William Hill... To win in 90min - 10/1 To qualify - 33/1

More on Mark Wilson today on Twitter from @AgentScotland (who is usually spot on): Apparently he wants to play in the Scottish Premiership and Dundee Utd., Killie, Aberdeen and ourselves have all enquired about availability. Obvious draw to Dundee Utd. but lives near us and is friends with Faddy and McManus.
