Looks like it. Rich and Rolando wing backs.

I'm not sure I've seen anyone saying Dunne is a world beater. But, in my opinion, he's certainly a better option than Mugabi. I reckon I'd have him in before Hartley to on recent form too....think I'm happy to give Donnelly a shout at the back today though. Albeit with my reservations posted above.

Difficult choices for Saturday for sure. I remain to be convinced Donnelly is a centre back from his previous stints there. The game the other night our whole back 3 looked decent second half onwards. But the game was all about attack really at that point.
-
Aye, I'm more of this opinion. Everyone will have their preference but a Saturday night beats a Saturday lunchtime, any time on a Sunday or a Monday night for me!
-
Not sure that's the case anymore. All in one big pot I'm sure I read a couple years back? Celtic were annoyed about it at the time I am sure as they got a good whack from being televised every round.

If its game on then, for me: Donnelly out, Polworth in Long out, Watt in Ive been a fan of Donnelly for the most part since the summer. But, a few mistakes have creeped back into his game that he seemed to have got over in the first half of the season. I'd be inclined to drop him and get Polworth back in for some creativity. However, I'm probably 50/50 on that to be fait Watt in for Long seems the best bet. Not sure any other changes, or formation changes would be on the cards for me.

He's done his ankle and looks like he is out for the season. So, you could argue we would have been in the same position but without a million quid in the bank.
-
No luck so far.

Whatever happened to that community/training pitch thing down behind the bull frog type of area?
-
Hull manager seems to be thinking James Scott out for the season most likely after going over on his ankle in training. Such a shame for the lad.
-
Hmm, not for me. Donnelly at centre back and Polworth out wide does not fill me with glee in any formation. When Dunne and Turnbull are fit I'd expect them to come in for Hartley and Polworth sooner rather than later, sticking to the same formation.
-
DT back in full training this Monday. Likely to sign the contract extension too. Decent source today.
-
Looked like it took a deflection from where I was. Could be wrong though.

Johnny Russell on $1.7m guaranteed as a designated player is a nice wee earner as well.
-
Welcome Tony Watt. Starts the way all others do when they come to the club for me. Open mind...show us what you can do and good luck.

I'd count it as 5 winnable games in a row now (the bottom 5 teams). Then we play Aberdeen at home on a Friday night. That could be a huge game.

MLS monies/contracts are complicated. Hes on $56,250 as that is the minimum salary for a player on any MLS reserve roster: (https://www.google.com/amp/s/chicago.suntimes.com/platform/amp/soccer/2020/2/6/21126536/mls-new-labor-deal) Makes some sort of sense as the loan was for the full season originally but then he was recalled. So why put a player on your main roster and have to give him the slot there and the minimum which is c$80k. Taking up some of the salary cap when not needed. As the site says, that figure doesn't include non guaranteed bonus or contracts direct with the club. Just the MLS contract: "The Average Annual Guaranteed Compensation figure does not include Performance Bonuses because there is no guarantee that the player will hit those bonuses." "These figures include compensation from each player's contract with MLS. They do not include any compensation from any contracts with individual teams or their affiliates." So, I suspect some of the allocation money (https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Allocation_money) the clubs get was possibly used. So they could very well have given Cadden a lump sum, keep his salary down to a minimum for a year, which in turn means they dont max out the salary cap. Any club loaning also I guess could pay a loan fee or wage too somewhere perhaps like they would here.

Scott twists his ankle in training at Hull and out for this weekend, maybe more according to the manager. Does that a week ago we probably dont have 1 million in the hip pocket.
-
Same 11 for me starts on Saturday unless there is fatigue. The first half we took it to them and made some great chances. I'll focus on that.
-
A game of two halves indeed. I was confident going in at the break then we fell apart when they turned the screw. Grimshaw, Carrol and Polworth heads and confidence completely went after the second goal. That worries me more than poor play to be honest. The management team need to work on that between now and Saturday Next 5 league games against the bottom 5 clubs. We really should be taking most of those points and extending the 3 pts gap we have over Aberdeen. Things I'd like: - DT return would be nice (hopefully the rumoured 3 weeks and not after the split). He really could turn a game or score a goal where others cant. - The manager to stop basically saying the front 3 are shite and cant score. We know...maybe build them up a bit - 15 pts from 5 games. Cheers.
-
Resign Aryibi too and we could release a podcast with Tony chatting to the mercurial winger over breakfast. "Watts the story morning Gboly?"
-
Robinson in the Motherwell Times saying he doesn't expect DT back until the split fixtures.
-
Scott news of 1.5m agreed on Sky Sports News ticker there. Hopefully a loan back or we have a couple we can pull the trigger on now...very light up top otherwise.

Exactly.
