I had the exact same issue, someone sitting in one of my ticketed seats and wouldn't move even when asked.

I've kept every Motherwell top I've owned since the Xara and Motorola days, and there has not been a single issue with lettering coming off. My Macron one from last season has no transferable lettering left and this year it is going the same way. Not the best for a £45 shirt. I won't be buying another shirt until they change manufacturer.

Does anyone else have the sponsor lettering peeling off their strips? I've kept to washing instructions, yet the shirt is in a bad way after only wearing it around 15 times.

Thanks for clearing that up - I haven't purchased a top for a few seasons so wasn't aware of last years prices. I managed to order it at £40 before the prices were corrected. I must say I'm really impressed with this years efforts, it seems that the club has listened to what the fans want and have diverted from using basic templates. I might actually purchase the away one too. Great work to all involved at MFC - this has been a great pre season so far.

I notice the online store has increased their original price from £40 to £45 for their men's short sleeved shirts.

My dad was a massive 'Well fan. He supported motherwell for all of his 57 years, went to every home, away and European tie in recent years. Sadly he passed away on the 21st of January of this year after a short fight with cancer. Today will be a very difficult day for myself, and my family, and I'm sure my old man will be watching the well from above. I'm spreading his ashes on the pitch prior to the game, and would give anything to have him standing next to me in the stand.
