  1. The worrying thing is even since the second goal we have had two more sclaffed clearances back into our own box.
  2. Turnbull caught on the ball and then we're far too open. Missed the beginning and then my daughter pointed out I could watch it on her iPad. We've been playing ok but conceded that second goal out of nothing.
  3. Tests throwing lighters need to have a word with themselves.
  4. I'm going to miss this unfortunately but hoping for a long awaited win (don't see it happening though).
  5. If Accies beat St. Mirren today they'll open up a reasonable gap so we could end up confirming St. Mirren or Dundee will be consigned to the play-off at best.
  6. 3-1 to Aberdeen in injury time. Goal from McGinn.
  7. The radio was saying it was an absolute fluke and there's no way he meant it to go in.
  8. £14k a week. I seriously doubt it. £14k a month maybe.
  9. Yeah, I can see something possibly being done to commemorate 25years and letting it drop after that. It would seem a bit odd to name a stand after him and not mark 25years.
  10. Anyway, the conditions today might make things interesting. I likely wouldn't have said this a few months ago but it's probably not to our benefit that it'll affect what potentially could have been a good open game.
  11. Tom Aldred certainly looks as though he's enjoying himself! The bandage just seems to add to the glaikit look that he's absolutely rocking here.
  12. Slane suffered a bad injury when at Celtic and his career never really recovered. Nobody knows what sort of career he would have had without that injury which seemed to rob him of some of his pace.
  13. That one above looks familiar- we had something very similar quite recently.
  14. I have some sympathy for Kilmarnock's position as they will have costs involved in staging the match but they should be standing by their terms and conditions.
  15. Yeah, don't know why they started the second half although I've no idea how long they played as I couldn't see a thing! No option but to abandon it. I'm guessing the 10 minute wait was to let them sort tickets. Any chance this could be left to weekend of cup semi finals or does that potentially cause a problem confirming post-split fixtures?
  16. Their big dip in form has coincided with a very difficult run of fixtures whereas our run involved us playing the bottom half and then Hearts at home. Our potential injury issues worry me as our form has been built on a steady team selection but I still think we've got more about us than in our previous games against Kilmarnock. Hopefully our new-found attacking style will make the difference.
  17. From the highlights, one of them was a close range shot off the bar which comes under the 'How did he miss' category.
  18. I always thought Mauchlen was the main part of that deal with McAllister being a wee bit of an add-on.
  19. Dom Thomas has just scored a hat-trick for Dumbarton.
  20. This might be a silly question but why is it likely to be the Hearts commentators?
  21. As much as we've put together a great run, they've had a corresponding run of 5 defeats. They don't seem to have had as much of a lift from the new players as Accies and Dundee so you can see why their fans are very concerned. We've now won as many points (and more games) in 2019 than they have all season.
  22. I don't think it's been mentioned but the manager deserves credit for the substitutes last night. Gorrin had to be taken off before he was sent off just through number of fouls awarded against him (although I thought a number of them and the booking were soft) and Frear made a difference from the tiring Ariyibi. Whether it was the substitutes or we stepped up a gear, we really came to life after they equalised.
