A lot of Hibs fans I work with think McBride's brilliant. They say that he's great in the holding role and does a vital job in there.

That's us signed Angelis Charalambous from Famagusta. Under-21 Cyprus international. Official Site EDIT: Centre-half but it says he can play all across the back 4 and in midfield. Interestingly it says they waived compensation for a sell-on clause. 1 year deal with the option of an extension.

I like the look of both of them. Home one looks a little like last season's but more classical. Need to see them up close first but wouldn't mind getting one or both.

I'm actually quite surprised to read all the comments in newspapers describing Coke as one of our best players this season. He started well enough and played well in the last few games but spent the majority of the time in the middle of the season playing well in patches at best. I wouldn't mind if he stayed as we can always use decent players but we certainly shouldn't break the bank to try and keep him.

It's funny how much everyone's been going on about Hutch being injury prone and how he'll do well if he stays fit. I thought the whole problem was that he'd taken an injury and then been rushed back too soon which set him back for another few months?

I have a funny feeling that we're going to get something sorted for Jutkiewicz and have him for another year. No substance to back that up mind, just a hunch. I think Jennings will sign a new deal. I think we'll definitely lose Ruddy, Reynolds and Coke. Hateley is, IMO an unknown at this point. I get a sneaking suspicion that he may actually end up staying. I think Saunders and Hutchinson will be used to cover Reynolds' departure between them. So, we'll need a right back, a goalie, perhaps some midfield cover and definitely a "runner" to replace Jim O'Brien.

Jennings for me. Was the only midfielder who seemed to be tracking back and covering the defence and made some crucial tackles at the back. Add to that his attacking play and his goal (albeit fortunate) and it was a good all-round performance for the scouser. Special mention to O'Brien and Murphy though. O'Brien was our main attacking threat the entire first half and looked lively the entire time. Murphy made a big difference when he came on and stretched the game to allow us to get back in. Brilliant dive too.

Great comeback again, brilliant to get a result against that filth. Just a pity we couldn't secure 4th but all in all, a great 2nd half to the season to even get us in contention. Hopefully United can win the cup and we can get Europe again. Best of luck to the guys that are leaving and lets hope we can still convince a few more to stay.

I might be in the minority but I really don't have anything against Lee McCulloch. Left us to give it a go down south, did a good job with Wigan and came up through the leagues with them. Does anyone remember on his return to Fir Park he actually applauded the Well fans? How many of our former players take the time to do that when they come back with one of the Old Firm? Back to the game and our defence is looking tired again. Saunders is really struggling and Hateley's half asleep. Jennings is fairly covering the ground but there's still a huge gap between the midfield and defence. The only way anything looks like happening is through that O'Brien inswinger from the right. Unfortunately, Jutkiewicz is time and again the only player in the box.

McGlinchey's making a good bit of forward progress with the ball at his feet. Just a bit too slow to support him. Fuck. Lafferty. Hate that bastard. Wakey wakey Hateley.
