The SPFL are right to not release fixtures on the same day as the English leagues. Makes sense to release on a different day to maximise exposure of our leagues and sponsors rather than competing with EPL and EFL.

Whether the manager is someone new to the club or promoted from within doesn't strike me as being a big issue. Both would have to work with the current squad and will have the opportunity to significantly change the squad in the summer. I'm afraid you can't have it both ways!
