Pretty surprised to see this but over the moon as well. Two strikers in two days, well done folks. As has been said if we get in a winger then I feel quite confident about the campaign ahead and our chances of a top six finish.

That has been my thinking for quite a while. I have had so many unneceasry hassles and obstacles put in my way over the last few months when dealing with staff, that I wonder whether more 'casual' attendees (or even long standing fans) have been put off attending matches? I'll need to try and get up to the club some point tomorrow. A few folk have told me the exact same phone story. That just doesn't seem like an option at the moment either. Whether it is the system or (lack of) staff or both I don't know.

Online booking seems to be down for me. Is buying tickets this way still not an option?

No way can he be judged on that. I actually thought he linked up well with Sutts in first half and was unfortunate not to score. It was just a bounce game though. Lets judge him in competitve games that aren't against his team mates.

Did his agent refer to him only as 'The Goal Machine' throughout negotiations? Does he let people look at him directly in the eye?

We will see. IF he scores more than 15 goals this season, and against top 6 opposition, I might be persuaded otherwise. Turned out to be a bit too injury prone, thick headed, big moothed, and devisive in the dressing room (from what I hear) for my tastes. No where near the pro that John Sutton is. That is my opinion.

Human error, better team on the day, luck, and so on, although if you need that explained to you....................
