  1. I really don't expect any more to be honest. A total shambles at times. They aren't in control of not having the tickets or when they arrive but the fact the draw was made 5 days ago, the game is in 8 days, and they can't confirm how many tickets the club is being allocated............not good enough. This is something that should be nailed down straight away.
  2. I can see both sides of the arguement but what I will say is that if we have the exact same squad on 1st September I will be both annoyed and concerned.
  3. Just home and went online to get them. Nowt online.
  4. Home kit looks good with the sponsor.
  5. I was under the impression you can book online for the home game?
  6. Just chucked commsworld through google. They appear to have sponsored the Hibs U19 team a couple of seasons back.
  7. It was top of the list for me.
  8. We obviously didnae get them......whether Leeann did the right thing by coming on here and stating what she did I don't know. Trying to cool some of the 'concerns' that we didn't have a sponsor but gave info on a deal that looks to have fell through. Damned if you do...............
  9. So it was going to be sports relief but the ink ran out of their pen and we got in commsworld to replace them? I take it the "this isn't going to be a normal sponsorship deal" is oot the windae unless we now have the players cold calling folk during the gemme!!!
  10. Seconded. As far as I'm aware we are nearly over the line but still looking for other members of the forum who haven't signed up yet to make a small donation if they can afford to. For a donation of a fiver you get the chance to own Shaun Hutchinson's home top and attend the Sponsor's night next May, which has to be said is a cracking night.
  11. Actually, a fairly good description of tbe situation from Scarecrow imo.
  12. I may be wrong but I'd imagine the fans are helping subsidise (some of the cost) for the players/officials as well.
  13. Had no idea. When did that change? After they saw how jammy Aberdeen were?
  14. I know it is the group stages but isn't it; Group of 5, four games and a random mix of two home and two away?
  15. I don't think it will happen but it would be one or the other and not both, surely?
  16. Scaremongering I'd wager. I'm sure the 5% allocation was 750. I was told they were expecting a couple of thousand to attend and our allocation wouldn't be big. If I didn't know better I'd accuse them of trying to cash in on an expensive package that is being sold that would guarantee you one of these tickets
  17. Not alobe in the slightest. Whilst I'm not overly annoyed about this issue (although can 100% see why people are) I do agree with what you said. Remember only to well when we all paid about £5 to see Nancy vs Motherwell. Charters COULD be cheaper as well but it isn't about accomodating fans. It is about paying for the players etc. to go. Good to know mate.
  18. A package deal no doubt or higher priced (£30-£35) individual tickets. What would it be....two home and two away?
  19. No any more it doesnae............... Extra fiver could mean as much as £30,000 extra to the club.

    Season Tickets

Got mine today. After paying all the cash up front the day after the 6-6 game it took me to go to them on several occasions over the last two weeks for me to finally get it. Either my details or the book was misplaced/lost. Not 100% sure. In the end they pretty much took me at my word that I had bought one. On the whole the season ticket thing doesn't greatly concern me. Just one of these things. Mistakes happen. However. I'd say I support the club as much as anybody when games, nights, fund raisers etc., arise but there has been a couple of things from the end of last season to the present day that has me questioning that support. Certainly the dealings I have had with some staff on very basic matters have been head bangingly frustrating with no positive conclusions to things that would take ten minutes to resolve. If I am withdrawing my support from certain areas of the club I can only imagine how many other people (casual attendees/people with, at this time, a little less disposable income) are being put off altogether if they have to navigate the maze of the admin side of Motherwell F.C. In a time when finances are tight, in my experience and listening to others, it is like the club are trying to give people reasons not to go back.
  21. Before cash in your hip that is expensive. Probably not as bad as Norway but still a lot of money to ask for.
  22. There would be a certain irony to getting Hamilton on our kit when the initial chat was concern over Airdrie being on it. I smell shenanigans. Maybe with its close links with PSL, St Mirren will be our new sponsor. What would the logo be there right enough as their club crest offends my eyes.? Syringe? Junkie's clapped in face? A vandalised motor?
  23. Well if we take more than 750 some of us will need to go in the home end. Would rather be in the away end but as long as all travelling fans are accomodated with a ticket then no probs. 1900 their time/1800 our time then. Same as Aalesund game.
  24. Were always going to be a bit dearer if we progressed to this stage. Still not too bad right enough. I'd imagine away leg ticket info is on its way very soon.....
  25. Sure we have an allocation of 750 tickets. I would be surprised if we take as many as that.
