  1. Simply amazed at the pro-County comments. Fair enough getting behind them on any other 'Motherwell free' Cup Final day, but today? Shocking.

Couple of points of trivia? We MUST be the first Scottish (British?) team that has qualified for Europe three seasons in a row, each time by different means. When was the last time a Scottish team, outside the OF, qualified for Europe three years in a row?

Not so much danger. More cost. I think the cost of travelling to a seeded 3rd Qualifying Round team would be a lot less than to an unseeded 2nd Qualifying Round team. That is why I have my fingers crossed for Bangor City or Shamrock Rovers first. Fair play if you can afford both (if that happens).

Bangor City and Liverpool and I would be OVER THE MOON. Nobody is that lucky though. Some of the locations we might need to go to in the second round could see a smaller travelling crowd than was at Albania. Potentially, Liverpool, Stuttgart, Juventus, Sporting Lisbon, and Gothernburg, look good already for 3rd Round.

Over the moon. Unless I'm mistaken the diary should now shape up like this; 21st Jun; Draw to see which two teams will get the priviledge of playing us in Round 2. 1st July; 1st Qualifying Round 1st Leg. 8th July; 1st Qualifying Round 2nd Leg. 15th July; 2nd Qualifying Round 1st Leg. 16th July; Draw for 3rd Qualifying Round (Hopefully be in a position to see who we will face in next round). 22nd July; 2nd Qualifying Round 2nd Leg. 29th July; 3rd Qualifying Round 1st Leg. (Hibs enter competition) 5th August; 3rd Qualifying Round 2nd leg. This realistically should be our European calendar for 2010/2011. Who knows we could even get to the Play Off Round. Might need to sacrifice an away fixture in the 2nd Round if it is the back of beyond and it costs a fortune to get there, in the hope we get to the 3rd Round). Anyone got an up to date list of teams we could face?
  6. You misunderstand mate. Humphrey gave him £20.
  7. Indeed. Worryingly though County are solid at the back.
  8. Would feel a LOT better about this if Utd scored before halftime.
  9. None available as far as I could see.
  10. Good to hear. I have never heard of any other club that does this kind of thing. Here is hoping it becomes an end of season tradition.
  11. Couldn't have put it better myself mate!!
  12. I hope though someone very close to you is 1,000,000% Utd today!
  13. I must admit I have always enjoyed Motherwell vs Dun Utd matches. Imo a fixture that delivers in goals and entertainment more often than not. Dislike Aberdeen, St Mirren, Accies, Aberdeen, Rangers, Celtic, and Hearts WAAAAAAY more than Utd so maybe it is an easy decision for me. However if it was Aberdeen, St Mirren etc., etc., in their position I still think I would want them to beat County. Our success means much more to me than the fortunes of anybody else.
  14. Well done! White battered looking things. Worth a bloody fortune
  15. All they would need to do is turn the Stuttgart 'band' into a hoop, covert to Claret and Amber and that is a BELTER of a top.
  16. Looking forward to the game but actually a bit nervous about it. Imagine how the Utd and County fans are feeling just now. Lucky. Gits. 3-1 Utd. Hopefully.
  17. Aye, TC just seemed to stop the bidding immeadiately on that one Any idea if pics of the night will be going up on the site?
  18. Guy behind me bought them. I can't believe I never thought of asking 'Flow about them when I was paying for something else. Take it the sale is over? Hopefully a good amount of money was made.
  19. Interesting listen. Didn't know Stevie Hammell was carrying hamstring and back injuries at the end of the season. Fair play to him for sticking it out. Regarding Hollis I am one of the Motherwell fans mentioned who is a little bit concerned that we are looking at the Airdrie No 2 goalkeeper. Especially as a poster on here said he was smaller than Fraser. In saying that Buzz wasn't exactly first choice at Rangers and at 25, Hollis isn't exactly a kid. For me THIS is the podition we really need to get right next year. Here's hoping Brown and Knox have discovered a gem.
  20. Absolutley. USA, USA, USA!
  21. Home - Amber top (claret hoop or band), white/claret shorts, amber socks. Away - Petrol blue top, white/petrol blue shorts, petrol blue socks. Perfect!!
