  1. Well I can say since Llanelli at 'home' I stated my doubts. Don't expect anybody to remember what I posted on here about 9 months ago though.
  2. I have posted quite a bit on Fraser and the individual errors I think he has made since he joined us. I've done the same with Ruddy. Don't confuse not wanting to post an 8 game analysis of Frasers career everytime I make a point about him to being vague. I genuinely think from kicking, distribution, coming for crosses, general decision making, and conceeding goals he has made MANY mistakes. In the interests of being openminded I watched the highlights of the game just there for the first time since being at the game. Fraser imo was poor at every goal. Not solely to blame obviously but certainly played his part.
  3. I think you will find the majority share my view and the minority (yourself) are unable to admit they are wrong.
  4. I don't know the guy. Never actually met him. I'm sure he is a decent spud and all. I do not hate him (never will) and I have not been verbally abusive either towards him at the games or on here. However, he is in a high profile, high pressure position (the role of the goalie sadly always is) and the guy is simply a) not up to the task mentally anymore of being an SPL goalkeeper b) not good enough c) both. Competitive match time? Granted but he hasn't been plucked from the stands. He has a few years of SPL experience, trains every day, and competes in at least one 90 minute match a week. As for things getting 'out of control' I'm not sure what people expect to happen. Bigger and better players have taken much worse from bigger and better posters on bigger and better forums and they are still making a fine living out of football. Our goalkeeper but the fact he picks uo a wage from us, and plays for our club, doesn't mean we can't look objectively and decide he simply isn't good enough to do either.
  5. Granted, but it did happen to Fraser and that is the reason he is being judged on it. Goals aside he has been extremely shaky in all other areas of his game pretty much since day one and in every game. he has played for us.
  6. Correct me If I'm wrong but there was two teams playing on that park yesterday. Two keepers were playing and both defences were playing balls back to their goalies. I didn't see the Dun Utd keeper gift a goal or slip on that park (for which Fraser has admitted responsibility and NOT the pitch). I didn't see the Dun Utd keeper give as poor a distribution as Fraser. I didn't see the Utd keeper knock the ball out for a corner when it was inches from going harmlessly out. I didn't see Fraser aimlessly puntiing the ball up the park into the waiting line of the Dun Utd back four.....missing any space our frontline had by a country mile. I didn't see the Utd keeper near decapitate his own defenders time and again in an effort to catch a cross. So, aye I'm honestly blaming Fraser. Anyone that tries to defend that hasn't a clue.
  7. Stats can just about prove anything, I am aware of this, but another way of looking at it is the only times Fraser hasn't conceeded a goal in a game was in Wales (when they didn't really venture into our half) and the second half against Falkirk. So that is Llanelli at 'home', Flamurtari 'home', and away, Accies away, Celtic away and now Dun Utd at home, all games where he conceeded at least one goal. Played 8 W 2 L 5 D 1 A 10. Admittedly, that isn't all Fraser's fault and leaking goals are as much the defence's fault as his own. However, he has looked really shaky in these games and imo the 8 games he has played for us has shown everybody with a clear head he isn't good enough. If only Ruddy could stay for another season.
  8. Aye, you're probably right.
  9. Utterly, utterly amazed people are trying to make excuses for that performance yesterday.
  10. A gimmick that should never have died! Bring him back, Vince.
  11. Michael Fraser has apparently apologised to the rest of the team for making a riproaring arse of it at the first (only the first, Michael?) goal. The pitch has been strangely quiet
  12. I wouldn't even have done that. Hateley to RB but I would have elected to bring on Forbes (sit him in the middle) instead of Humphrey. Humphey has some work to do this preseaon as far as I can see he can run fast or run fast in a straight line with the ball. Not one of Gannon's best signings so far.
  13. The worry for me now is the Hearts game next Saturday. Tynecastle has never been the easiest place for us to get a result and we potentially have Ruddy, Craigan, Lasley, and Lukas all out injured or far from 100% match fit. The physio needs to work round the clock on Ruddy and Craigan specifically this week.
  14. What I thought. Hateley to right back and Forbes into the centre of midfield. Four players who have experience at the back, O'Brien, Forbes, Jennings, and Coke in midfield and (eventually) Sutton and Lukas up front. Team playeed well imo. Fraser just sold us out.
  15. Coke has fluffed so many shots in the last four or so games I have lost count. Lasley wasn't sitting too far from me at the game today and didn't seem to be limping. Hopefully have him back for Edinburgh.
  16. 6th place is ultimately a great result and hopefully this won't be forgotten even if we end the season with 8 straight defeats. Agree about Murphy. Scores some important goals I'll give him that but seems to go AWOL for games on end. Sutton now has scored more goals for us this season than Lukas. A player that maybe doesn't get enough recognition. No way will Fraser be our first choice next season.
  17. 0 points from the last 12 and 4 hard games coming up. Maximum points against both Edinburgh sides should do it (as long as Utd win the cup) but right now I don't see that happening.
  18. Boyle recognises it as much as we do, and sai as much on Off the Ball yesterday. the move needs to be financially sound for us though and sadly, according to JB, any move to Ravnscraig is a good few years away yet. The most worrying thing he said was each year Fir Park gets more expensive to maintain. For that reason alone a move will need to happen at some point.
  19. IMO Hyslop is too wee and inexperienced himself to be played at an SPL level. We need an 'emergency signing' imo, if Ruddy is going to be out any longer. Just back the game and from what I could see the first goal was obviously all Fraser but he looked very suspect at the 2nd and 3rd as well. Total shambles and fraud of a professional goalkeeper. His next move will almost certainly going to be a step or two down a division. He is still fairly young but it might take him a wee while to get over his experience with us. Hopefully, he goes in the summer.....but I think we will have him for another year. Anyone defending him now is at the wind up, stubborn, or really hasn't a clue about football.
  20. Boyle himself estimated it at a loss of around £125,000. Massive amount of money for us.
  21. Is that confirmed? Bad news if it is as I would suggest Lukas won't play either.
  22. Just training kit. No match worn tops. In saying that I snaffed Stephen Hughes' shorts and I'm sure somebody on here got Bob Malcom's. Brand new they were
