    John Ruddy

Peter Grant and Stevie Woods sitting a few rows behind me in the Main Stand today. Hmmmm?
  2. Very good three points today. Delighted with the result and can't believe the run we have been on in the league since that defeat away to Hearts. I'm not counting Aberdeen out of a top 6 finish just yet. Big game next Saturday against a team we haven't had the best of results against whenever we have met them in recent years. Really looking forward to it. On a final note from today I thought Connor Sammon had one of the worst performances from an opposing player I have seen at FP in quite a while. Pro footballer? Pffft.
  3. Great run and delighted with not just our regular back 5 but the entire team. Many times in a game you see the likes of Lasley and Jennings clearing things from our own box.

    Kilmarnock

Was going to go for Jennings due to a few Murphy 'easy' misses. Apparently his boot came off in his second one on one so fair doos. Going with him as he played well up front, many times on his own, and again scored the only goal in a 1-0 win. Jennings was very good as well.
  5. Pretty ridiculous comment by Hughes. Erse of a guy!

    John Ruddy

Article in the Daily Star yesterday about Celtic's interest in Ruddy. The fact it was in the Star immeadiately made me write it off as rubbish. Ruddy will be at a new club next season but it won't be Everton or us imo. Championship bound for sure.

    Game Off

Fairly confident this game will be on now. Then again I was fairly confident Buzz was going to play against us last weekend!
  8. What the hell?? To accomodate St. Mirren in the League Cup Final?

    Game Off

    B*****d! Got me!
  10. Heard on the radio last night that this weather might actually help our pitch as it is so dry. Time will tell. As for folk saying we will win 3 or 4-0......just won't happen. Not a chance. Killie are a better team now than they were when we beat them about 6 weeks ago. Calderwood has made them a harder team to beat. After looking like certs for the drop at the New Year they are now 3 wins away from virtually a guaranteed position of safety. Not bad going if you ask me.
  11. Kinda surprised there has been no official statement with pics of new work up on the website yet. Especially considering how good the communication has been recently. Sadly, I just don't think we will have had enough time (and money) this week to get the pitch up to the standard Doncaster wants it at. I might be wrong and I hope I am but a similar surface to the one at the weekend and we will be discussing on Monday night what ground the Hearts game will be played at.
  12. Cracking idea and one that should be mentioned to the club. Does Dougie still work in the Cooper on match days?
  13. Would be surprised if this wasn't announced on Saturday night.
  14. Agreed but if the park is a riot before, during, or after our match on Saturday action WILL be taken this time. Playing away from Fir Park on a half decent surface, allowing us to treat our pitch over a longer time period, might not be a bad thing for our chances of a Europa League finish and prevent this happening (to the extent it has) next year. I suppose the next question is where we would play? Livi? Airdrie? Hampden? Who knows.
  15. By the sounds of that if the pitch cuts up this Saturday like it did against Hibs we will be looking at our home games being played elsewhere till the end of the season. With the weather as it is just now our pitch surely can't stand a chance. Could see this game being off. Expensive?? Great!
  16. 2-2. Lukas double (fingers crossed he is fit).
  17. Not 100% sure on this but didn't he have a 'mare at Tynecastle with us as well last season?
  18. Hmmmm the guy that booked Murphy for 'diving' at Easter Road in December when imo it was a clear penalty. Certainly wasn't impressed by him that day.
  19. Take it the Irish have a 50 caps Hall of Fame as well? Getting very close indeed.

    Mark Fitzpatrick

Season wasted no doubt but he will be working towards getting fit for the post split fixtures to try and make an impression on the gaffer before the summer. Best of luck to him.
  21. Had no idea he was on the books at QPR.

    The Duke

Pretty sure I read somewhere he has a knee problem.
