  1. Aberdeen and ICT changes are absurd. Totally ridiculous and reveals another big reason why away attendances are so poor these days.
  2. What about them all collectively? Granted they are not what they were but going to play them in Glasgow with confidence would require a win or two against them at any ground in the last ten years.
  3. He appears to have become former ECW wrestler Shane Douglas.
  4. Good point about live TV. Hopefully that results in sensible pricing. Hopefully.
  5. Odd kick off time but glad it is Wednesday. Ticket prices reasonable and I'll be there methinks.
  6. Kinda the same. Scunnered with them much more than usual since February. I was enjoying a break from the associated rubbish but here we are again less than two months into the season getting ready to play them. Looking forward to the games at Dens Park and Pittodrie much more. Some of that is down to watching us at Fir Park and Ibrox countless times over the years, failing to pick up the win time and time again. I hope the majority of posters here are right and we do beat them. I havemy doubts. As someone said before you could almost stick Rangers shirts on traffic cones and they'd beat us 1-0. A chance for McCall to put a dent in an otherwise appalling record against (the old) them. What was the goals for and against? 26-2 or something since his arrival. Terrible. The main glaring flaw in his tenure and it needs to be addressed positively this month.......against the new club. Chance to have a 100% record against them or pick up where we left off. Over to you McCall.
  7. Would rather have not been the first team to get them. If it had to be us then a home tie would have been best. Double dunt I'm afraid. I think their fans and players will be up for this 100%. Biggest game of their season so far. Easily. Prices will be interesting. Could be anything from £10-£30. I think they will have a full house though. The chance to defeat one of the teams who said 'no' will be to big to resist imo. Okay, we could lose to a 3rd Div team......but their budget dwarves ours again. I don't think they will gub us 5-0 but I do think they will beat us in the 90. Time will tell. I'll decide on my attendance after ticket prices have been announced.
  8. Still seeded. Obviously best unseeded team is them. After that possibly, IIRC, Dunfermline. Stenhousemuir, Raith Rovers, Accies, QOS, Queens Park, and one other I can't remember are the 8 options. Edit: Think it is Livingston.
  9. Anyone but Newco, home and away, and I think we have a very good chance of getting to the QFs. I'm hoping for Queens Park at home. Failing that, and for a defent away trip, QOS away on the Wednesday. Suits me better than the Tuesday
  10. He'll arrive any day now.
  11. The boy Kerr could turn into some player. Hard to believe he is only 19. Tall, strong, very calm under pressure, good in the air and shows skill with the ball at his feet. Not afraid to attack and also looks to be gemme for a 50/50 or hard tackle. No wonder Birmingham snapped him up when they did.
  12. I must admit I thought Kerr would be in midfield.
  13. So many injuries etc. recently I have no idea who is available. I take it Saunders, Hateley, Hutchinson, Ramsden, and Higdon are the ones missing this game? If so; Randolph Kerr Cummins Page Hammell Humphrey Law Lasley Murphy Ojamaa McHugh Still think we can win this. After this weekend it is a two week break. Hopefully by then the vast majority of the injured players will be back. Hopefully with a 'free agent' as well.
  14. Sickipediabot on twitter. Swapped Arsenal for us.
  15. 2-1 Well. Ojamaa double.
  16. Regardless of McCall's opinion on our strength I still believe we are weak in midfield. I can see Ramsden, when he is fit, having to play there from time to time.
  17. Bums aff seats avoiding my shots at goal! Problem is with players in the last year of their contracts we won't be shifting anyone for cash, bar Hutch, in the January window. He really is the cash cow after tonight.
  18. Cheers guys. Forgot about Hateley and Higdon. Also deals for McHugh and Page would run out I think. What about Saunders? Major changes next season by the looks of it. Some of those players will be looking at a move South, I reckon.
  19. If that's all that is required I can do that. Can't promise any goals though. That would cost the Club more money.
  20. None in, none out? Strong possibility. Was certain someone would be sold this window. Who can sign precontracts in January? Randolph, Murphy, Law? Humphrey perhaps. Hutch?
  21. Hateley to Rangers is a rumour that appears to picking up steam. Time will tell. McCourt move a permanent one? 20 mins of chaos reaches Easter Road.
