For me Clancy, Hutch, Randolph (when required), Las (when he was on), and Jennings were solid. Ojamaa was outrageous in the second half and his skill for the third goal tremendous......so I'm going with him.

Pretty sure Tam Cowan can stop saying Paddy McCourt is about the only real entertainer left in the league. One thing that has surprised me is his confidence. Very quick on the ball, fast mentally, and beats multiple players with ease. Long may it continue.
  3. I would be over the moon, absolutely delighted with 3rd. Above that would be third AND snaffling Rangers' CL place. To outright finish second? I think it is a MASSIVE ask and is a long shot.......but if we pulled it off it would go down as one of our best ever achievements considering we have about the 8th biggest playing budget in the league. I've said it before but in the future most of us will look on this as a bit of a golden era for the Club. Pretty much all good times since Malpas left in 2007. That is some doing.
  4. Agreed. Don't change that back four. Carswell to start for me as well.

That was gorgeous! Highlight was the 3rd goal and Ojamaa taking the piss out of about three of their players twice in the build up.
  6. Randolph's stock has soared to the point where he will be a number 1 choice keeper at a Championship Club next season. I have no doubt about it. Champions League fitba could force him to stay a *wee* bit longer mind you.

Who has been posted missing on twitter?
  8. Good win and nice to get some twitter updates from the Club as the game was in progress.
  9. Weird kick off time but the date change suits me perfectly.
  10. BBC do go for Hearts vs St Mirren.
  11. Doesn't matter though. In the Cup a win is a win. Pretty anniying that they got through right enough.

The same arguments/debates pop up VERY frequently. Even if I just say McCall, Forbes, Slane, Craigan, Reynolds, Sutton, Higdon, Gannon, JOB etc. you will know EXACTLY what the debates are from their name alone. Humphrey will be getting discussed long after he has left as well. As for the game, and the debate about CH, I WOULD have liked to have seen McCall introduce him earlier on Saturday and at the expense of Murphy. I would start Jamie against Hearts but uf it isn't working I'd give Chris the second half.

It has and it hasn't. As long as he is a Motherwell player and fit for selection then the debate whether he should be selected infront of players who appear to be underperforming (Murphy and Law) regardless of whether the orignator of the point is blinkered, is still relevant. It's not like we are discussing how many goals John Sutton would get for either side.

Dazzer, believed McCall was refusing to play him during the January transfer window in an effort to prevent him attracting admiring glances/bids. Obviously not the case.

A picture of him getting slapped down by one of Kenny Shiel's lugs.

I thought that Humphrey would be a cert to start now that the transfer window is closed.
  18. Scottish football authorities will move heaven and earth to help and protect them. I am as happy as the next non OF football fan about what is happening.....but I can see them with a ten point deduction but not being disqualified from Europe.
  19. Radio confirm that Rangers will still play in Europe if they can get in AND out of administration before the start of next season. Probably why they are going for it now. Celebrations of Champions League fitba could be (sadly) premature.

    Quite right as well.
  21. 6-0 and 7-1 in the one week. Not too bad at all.
  22. Saturday 1230 or Sunday kick off if Aberdeen get through. Fingers crossed for QOS though. That would be both funny and tremendous
  23. They have improved and we will do well to get out of March with the 'unbeaten streak' still intact......but McCall etc. will be pretty happy with. Could have been a lot worse.
  24. Two weekends in a row we could play them at Fir Park now. 10th and 17th March. Lets do the double!
  25. I'm still hoping it is QOS. Favourable draw all round. Utd must be fizzing!
