I'd much rather Celtic went to Tynecastle or Tannadice. Certainly wouldn't be easy for them.

I had my fingers crossed for games against Clyde and Morton in the Cups this season so hopefully it will be three in a row. It has ALWAYS got to be a home tie for me at this stage of the competition. One more game and we are back at Hampden. Motherwell vs Ayr or Falkirk it has to be. Neither team are mugs and have already got to a national Semi Final.....but it would be the kindest draw. Failing that I'd take the winners of QOS vs Aberdeen or Ross County vs St Mirren at home. If we are drawn away it would be one of the above again. Celtic need to be avoided at ALL costs. We draw them, especially at Celtic Park, and I think that could be it for another season. Any other tie, home or away, I think we have a chance. This draw should have been live on the TV today.

I think so too. Derek McInnes ended up with a decent job and I'd say McCall's record is better. He might need to do a *wee* bit more convincing for some Down South as his stint at Bradford didn't reap the rewards. He COULD have a decision in the close season though; Move to a bigger job Down South (getting us a nice wee payday) or manage a team in European competition.

Gaag, I really hope you had money on that scoreline. Ootrageous prediction I was a mile oot with mine. I thought it was going to be much harder than that. Could have been 8-0 up at halftime. Total dominance and a fantastic team performance. 12 goals in our last three games at home as well. Good stuff!

That statement really could be attributed to any upcoming SPL game. The first goal in ANY game is crucial.

Aye, like no team has competed in and won two games in 48 hours before. If we had won that night ICT and their fans could have trotted out excuses about not having played a game for a while, lack of match sharpness and so on. Excuses. Sometimes one team just plays better than the other. We certainly didn't have any problems in our Monday night game against Inverurie.

No we weren't. It was minus ten for ICT as well. IIRC that was their first match in a while so they could have turned up rusty. They didn't, we did. Best team won. Simple as that.

Aye, but a First Division team put us out in January 2010. The risk is always there. Even for the Old Firm. I think we will win but I don't think it will be a more than two goal victory.
