Would he get a game though? Two years with us, a good two years, and he could be off to the Championship with a bit of career behind him. For the avoidance of doubt he should be informed of the existence of Paul Slane and the potential he had in 2009. That one move SHOULD be enough to prevent players who have hardly ever kicked a ball at a senior competitve level from making such a move so soon in their career.
  2. Out of those 5 games listed we only lost 2. No matter what has happened in the league this season there is currently NOTHING to moan about when you are six points clear in 3rd place with only 14 games left. See where we are right now. That is as GOOD as it is ever going to get in the league. Unless Rangers get a massive points deduction sometime very soon (unlikely). If this can't be enjoyed then expectations are miles too high.

Wonder if Aberdeen will offer him a contract
  5. Aye 'Dealy' deserved four cards today That bitter taste of defeat
  6. Cool. Thought that was a free weekend for Internationals or something.
  7. We don't have a game on 18th Feb do we?

    St Johnstone

Ojamaa for me. Again. Cracking team effort though.
  9. Not a bad prediction that Six points clear in third? Aye, he'll no' be getting the sack anytime soon. Thankfully.
  10. Murphy up front is not a problem in the slightest. Not like he has had a problem scoring against St Johnstone.
  11. Sign him up. Two/Three year deal would be ideal.
  12. Randolph Hateley Hutch Clancy Hammell Humphrey Lasley Jennings Law Murphy Ojamaa That will do me. Daley and McHugh from the bench if required. Can see this being a 2-2 draw mind you (Murphy double).
  13. Wonder what he showed them in training to get that deal. Could be a risky one for the Dandy Dons once again. How many Motherwell connections in the last 3 years now? McGhee, Leitch, Meldrum, Jim Paterson, Nick Blackman, Craig Brown, Archie Knox, Mark Reynolds, Stephen Hughes and apparently tried to sign Jim O'Brien and Stephen Craigan (although no idea if that is true). What is it they say about imitation?
  14. That could be said in reference to every player in the team.
  15. Is Sheridan still injured and if so have St Johnstone signed another striker?
  16. Indeed. Will be a big blow if he has to sit this game out.

I like the cut of his jib!
  18. Sky+ never worked so can't watch it back. Anyone record it that is able to put it on a blank DVD and I'll cover costs? PMs welcome
  19. Wouldn't put it past them to see it as celebrating 'gun culture' Take the passion out of the game, either from on the pitch or in the stands, and the game will die. It's the passion from ALL involved that makes the game what it is and it is something that other sports would be desperate for.
  20. I was certain it was onside. Looked level to me at the time.
  21. Our best win of the season in my opinion. By far the better team with 10 men when on occasion it looked like they had the man down. There were a few squeaky bum moments after they scored but all in very pleasing team performance. McCall and Black got it spot on. Full credit to them. Clancy to keep his place for Saturday and Humphrey into midfield to allow Murphy to partner Henrik up front (if we lose Craigan and Higdon).
  22. Has to be said the ref united the crowd tonight. It was clear who the enemy was and as far as I could hear the crowd were 100% behind the lads tonight. More to follow I hope.
  23. Well done folks. Lets all do the Higdon
