  1. I'm willing to suspend my dersire for Aberdeen to lose every game for tonight only. Third means way more to me than what happens to them. Regardless of Saturday, St Johnstone are still our main rivals at the moment and I want as much daylight as possible between us and them. After tonight Aberdeen can go back to duffing up games on a very regular basis. One good win won't help a Club that is riddled with problems.

That last post just built my hopes up. Better start saving. Just incase like.
  3. Would be quite handy if Aberdeen beat St Johnstone tonight as well. I feel filthy.
  4. Some very good points and posts made in this thread in the last few days.

For some reason I struggle to recall Murphy before this match. I knew someone made their debut that night but I put 2 and 2 together and got 5.

Lappin freekick very early on as well I think. What a performance that is. Was that Murphy's debut that night?

.....and we finished with 60 points by utterly mauling Hibs in their own patch on the last day of the season if memory serves me right.
  8. I'd be delighted for Chris and Motherwell FC if £1.5m was genuine. Half that wouldn't even be close to the worst piece of business we have done.
  9. I can honestly say that it really doesn't show. I really hope you are at the wind up 100% of the time
  10. 3-1 to Motherwell (Murphy and Higdon with two). 3-0 up at HT and a late consolation for St Mirren. Got to be positive!
  11. This season has been so sweet already that I'd feel positively greedy asking for another last minute winning goal against St Mirren next weekend. Instead I just hope we are home and clear for HT. 3-1 to the good guys.
  12. Colin Calderwoond advising Chrus Hughton to give Hibs a wide berth no doubt.

Very, very, faint. Didn't turn the floodlights on fully till HT as well meaning the last ten minutes of the first half were in poor light. Strange stuff.
  14. One of the highlights was the comic slaughtering of a 'bronzed' steward. I think he saw the funny side in the end but only after a pretty hefty petted lip and sulk was evident

    St Johnstone

Whole team was good. Murphy for getting the two goals even if one came aff his erse.
  16. Outstanding resullt although St Johnstone did have a great deal of possession in the second half. McDiarmid Park was baltic. Glad Hearts got beat as well. Perfect!
  17. Daley and Lasley start, Humphrey on bench. Edit: Not on bench actually. Injury?
  18. St Johnstone with a number of players out as well apparently. Ideal.
  19. In all his time at the Club, Humphrey has probably only had a two to three month spell of playing well. That was about the first three months of this year. Three good months in about 30 months with the Club (give or take) is pretty poor imo. When is this good form coming? When is this potential being realised?
  20. There is a guy in a Bolton jacket in the Main Stand every other game. Not very low key if he is scouting.
  21. I'm not convinced any of the Clubs listed are currently interested. I think a FEW of them might have been at one stage right enough.
  22. St Johnstone don't have the best of records either with called off matches (if the crap weather keeps up) so this could be in doubt.
